I am a transman and I use this packing strap daily for my soft packer. It's perfect, because it isn't bulky but it's still strong enough to hold the packer in place whether I'm sitting, standing, or even at the gym; you can't tell it's under my clothes at all.

I actually don't use this packing strap with Mr. Right, but I use Mr. Limpy (small). Surprisingly, it does hold, though when I first tried it I was scared it was going to fall out. Trust me, it won't. The elastic pouch is perfect because it keeps the penis exposed for a more realistic feel, while other packing straps tend to conceal the penis, which to me, kind of defeats the purpose. Another cool feature is that the back area of the pouch is made of leather, so it's very easy to clean and doesn't need a whole lot of time to wash. The waistband itself is soft and comfortable; it doesn't irritate my skin at all. Most of the time I forget I'm even wearing it.

The elastic band around the waste does tend to lose tightness rather quickly, I must say. It says that the maximum hip size is 38". Well I'm 32" and it still loses elasticity quickly, so I would imagine that it would only happen quicker the larger you are. Once in a while I'll just put a safety pin in the side to make sure it stays up to avoid having to buy a new one so quickly.

While they could perhaps working on using a more resilient elastic band, I would say it's the best packer out there. It's perfect for your needs, whether you're wearing it for casual gender play or daily for the realistic feel of having a bulge in your pants.
