Didn't Live Up to Hype
Although I'd read a ton of positive reviews, I wasn't very impressed with this harness. I found the material to be somewhat bulky and distracting, and the lack of a changeable O-ring made using it with a bigger cock nearly impossible. Thumbs up for machine wash-ability, though!

Pros
Machine washable
Cons
Too much material, lack of changeable O-ring
I bought this harness with really high expectations, after reading tons of rave reviews and I wound up not being super impressed. Part of that was definitely personal preference. I like a very minimalist harness; basically a couple of straps with an O-ring, and the Spare Parts Joque has way more material. I was hoping that other aspects of the harness would make up for it or that it wouldn't be that noticeable, but I found the material and wide straps to be very distracting and uncomfortable.
The lack of an interchangeable O-ring was also a problem. My partner and I tend to prefer 2"+ cocks and it was really difficult to use this with a Vixskin Outlaw, which is our go-to.
I also had some problems with the fit. While I'd read it was super easy to adjust and get in the right spot, I found that to be pretty untrue. For me, at least, D-rings are way easier, not to mention more comfortable. This may change after more use and washing, but I found the wide hip straps and the Velcro to be really uncomfortable. The leg straps were also surprisingly small (I got the A size).
Points for the machine washable aspect though. After I decided that once was enough and I wasn't likely to use this harness again, I was able to just chuck it in the laundry and give it to a friend, who would appreciate it more. That's definitely easier than the leather harnesses I've tended to use in the past, which require way more upkeep and which I wouldn't really want to share between partners.
If you're not looking for a super minimalist harness and use more moderately sized dildos, this may still be a good buy. The machine washablility alone, definitely makes this a good option I think. I, however, was not that happy with the investment, especially given how many super positive reviews I'd read.

Thank you for viewing Joque harness – strap on harness review page!
We also found the leg straps to be a bit small but not so much that letting them out all the way didn't solve that. I've heard some folks say that they'd made the mistake of sizing according to their waist size rather than their hip size and this resulted in getting a harness that was too small.
Thanks for the review!
