While this dildo isn't at all realistic, it does offer a ball sack that I enjoy insisting that a lover kiss and lick. It attaches easily to a Vac-U-Lock harness system, but it is difficult to control in a harness and doesn't offer enough length to bridge some positions. It does attach securely to the Vac-U-Lock flange. I prefer to use it without a harness; the ball sack creates a great hand grip for powerful thrusting.
