Pros
Inexpensive, durable, attractive, and adaptable. Fits a range of body shapes.
Cons
Some people are not partial to thongs .
Bare As You Dare Harness is like not being harnessed at all. It allows more freedom of movement than any other harness, it's practically weightless, and takes up virtually no space in your drawers (or in your briefs or panties).
BAYD harness fits hips up to 54 inches and it adjusts to fit super tiny people as well. Just trim the excess - and it's easy, it's a nylon strap with adjustment areas on both sides of the hip, and in the back as well. It has two rings, one in the back that can not be removed and replaced and a frontal O-ring, size 1 1/2 inches that can be replaced with bigger or smaller rings. The O-ring is silver metal, but you can use a rubber ring if you choose.
This harness washes easily with disinfectant soap and just throw it on the towel rack or door knob to dry, and it does dry quite quickly. The color does not bleed. It's a quality product by Sportsheets, a division of Tantus. It's very durable. It comes in only one variety - thong. It's a simple, clean, effective and functional design. It's excellent for travel or for packing and genderplay.
The O lays perfectly over the mons pubis if you adjust it to do so. It also contains no latex like many packing straps (a potential allergen) or leather products (a bonus for animal friendliness). You can easily put this in a sandwich bag, it takes up virtually no room so its discrete and portable.
This product is suitable for someone who wants to experiment or for the seasoned harness user. Its also very easy to change the O-rings out in the front even while it is being worn. There are three snaps to switch out your O-rings - one on the lower part of the pubis, and one on the left and right side of the O-ring.

Experience
I did not find BAYD harness suitable for active, vigorous sex. It did not have enough support for really large heavy dildos. For smaller, beginning pegging dildos, it's very adequate.
I like this product very much for packing. I actually own two. It's thin enough and light enough to hold a prosthetic phallus securely. I wear it under briefs. No need to adjust myself, no worry about slippage. It is not hot, nor is it detectable under jeans, swim trunks, etc. It holds the packy well enough to go swimming or play sports as well, without chafing. I am not partial to thongs, so I put a thin cotton liner over the part of the strap that runs between my legs.

I find this harness useless for sex, but it is good support for a packer, it's easy to wash, and sturdy. I get a lot of use out of BAYD with Mr Limpy.

Thank you for viewing Bare as you dare harness – g-string harness discontinued review page!
I've been curious if it was enough to handle vigorous thrusting. Good to know it probably isn't.
Good review!
