Baby, Got Pack?
The briefs are very comfortable, look like men's briefs, and hold the packer in place where it belongs. Although they're a little hot, the ease of use and versatility make these a winner for anyone that wants to use a packing harness.

Pros
Holds a packer no matter what you're doing, looks just like mens underwear, comfortable to wear.
Cons
A little bit warm, cannot be used for hard packing, the logo is gigantic!
Use
The Pete Briefs by Spareparts is a soft packing harness for just about anyone; men, women, and anyone in between. Although this is intended to be used with a dildo, obstinately a cisman could wear these briefs comfortably.
Material
The Pete system is made of a 88% nylon, 12% spandex blend that feels a lot like a swimsuit bottom; it's very smooth and soft. The inside of the swimsuit, around where the packer is inserted is more of a mesh kind of fabric--sort of like the inside of a men's bathing suit.
This shows the swimsuit style fabric that makes up the majority of the swimsuit and the mesh covering.
Design
These do look like realistic mens briefs, as there's a thick waistband that appears just a touch darker than the briefs, and the SpareParts logo prominently displayed in silver over the left hip. The inside of the briefs has a sort of pocket, separated by a mesh style curtain that covers the packer once it's inserted into the briefs. When you place the packer in, you have an elastic band that will wrap around the base/balls of the packer to hold it in place. The elastic band doesn't have a lot of give to it, but it will fit around most packers--it just won't fit something with large testicles, and if you don't remove the packer between uses it may stretch out.
The head and shaft of the packer are inserted into a very small slit in front of the elastic band, to rest in the pouch/pocket of the briefs. There is also an opening on the right hand side that will allow you to pull the prosthetic out for use as a STP device. The only difference between these and regular briefs is that the material is a bit shinier than most briefs, and that there's a pocket for the packer, rather than just an open space for your goods. You can choose to have the 'curtain' closed or leave it open for full contact with your packer. The seams were all well-made and the stitches looked like they were perfectly done.
Packaging
Pete comes in a ziplock-style bag, with a cardboard insert about the product as well as instructions on inserting your packer into the system,, as well as info about using a STP packer (STP packers are prosthetics/dildos that allow transmen to use their prosthetic to urinate) with it:
If you aren't able to view the image above, it's pretty simple: Place a plastic bag 3/4 down the length of the packer, and wrap it around the packer to form a point at the end. Guide the whole thing through the back hole of the underwear, and once it's been pulled all the way through the hole, remove the plastic bag. The plastic bag method helps it to glide through the fabric hole without getting stuck and taking forever. It can be a little bit tricky to put the packer in the first time, but after you get the hang of it, it's so much easier!
For use as a STP device, you might find the briefs inconvenient as you're only able to pull it out on the right side--not so convenient for lefties!

Experience
Care and Maintenance
Pete is made of spandex and nylon, so it's super easy to clean. You, of course, can wash it by hand in the sink, or wash it in a washing machine (delicate cycle, using cold water and mild soap) with similar colours. Don't use bleach or fabric softener. The care instructions also specify you should lay flat to dry, as even a tumble dry can hurt the material; you should also skip the iron.
Performance
The briefs performed well; they definitely kept the packer in place properly, even when you jumped up and down or were doing other high impact activities. They were a little bit hot, though, after I wore them for a while; it wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't as cool as I wished it was. I also found that, after a while of wearing it with the 'curtain' drawn, it wound up opening, which added to the warm factor since the material of the packer was up against my skin.
I think the most important feature, though, is how secure the packer is when it's inserted, and how comfortable it is. I never worried the packer would fall out, and I was able to position it inside the pouch securely in several different positions that were all extremely comfortable and natural.
Please bear in mind that you cannot use these briefs as a hard-packing system for one major reason: the placement of the packer on your body. The packer sits a little bit high, and I think that for penetrative sex could be TOO high, and it could rip the small hole that you insert the packer through. The other, more minor problem, is that slit where you'd remove the cock for sex would have to be pulled all the way to the left, and it can get in the way during sex.
