Awesome for keeping a packer in place in tight clothing.
Great strap for keeping a packer in place when wearing tighter underwear or jeans. Hard to keep clean after a few months.

Pros
Keeps packer in place and away from skin and hair
Cons
Swings free from body and hard to keep clean for extended periods of time
I got this strap with a Mr. Limpy extra small, and it works fairly well most the time. It's great to keep a packer in place in your underwear and it keeps the strangely sticky Mr. Limpy away from not just you skin, but also any hair down below. It works great with tighter briefs, and/or tighter fitting jeans, because they help to keep the packer in place in the harness. The only issue here is making sure the black strap doesn't ride up and stick out above the underwear, but I usually tuck my binder between the strap and the underwear, so that doesn't happen.
However, I've found that wearing boxers and looser pants poses an issue of the packer slipping out of this strap. Also, it tends to swing loose away from your body while you're getting dressed, or bending over if you're wearing loose pants, which can be a dysphoric trigger. It's also not exactly meant for this, but just messing around with my girlfriend in bed, it's hard to keep against your body to use while you're grinding during a make out session. The best way I've found around this is to just wear briefs instead of boxers, although it still slips a bit due to the fact that it wasn't designed to hold this particular packer, or for those sorts of activities.
Also, it's sort of difficult to keep this clean. The leather is nice for the above mention, but since it's real leather, it's a little harder to clean if it's been flush against you down there, and the color will rub off and ruin a damp washcloth if you try to wipe it as the instructions advise. I haven't really found a way around this yet. I've had it for a few months, and it was easy to clean at first, but that gets harder to do as time goes on. I've also found that it can dig into your skin sometimes when worn with certain types of clothing.
