Aah, Cute!
For the anally uninitiated, or anyone new to any kind of penetration, I'd say this is a great choice. Its angle and curve are great for finding the G-Spot/P-Spot. Unfortunately, I found it a bit difficult to keep it from slipping out of the o-ring of my harness. It's fairly easy to hold in the hand, though. If I had to choose again to buy or not to buy, I'd still get it. I like it a lot.

Pros
Small, attractive, body safe, nice angle for G-spot or prostate stimulation, easy to clean.
Cons
Base is kind of flimsy. Not great for strap-on play. May be too small for some.
The Tantus Acute is fairly small as far as dildos go. 6 inches in length (about 5-5.5" insertable) and 1.5 inches in diameter. It's considerably smaller than both of my other dildos. I bought it because one of my lovers really wanted to be pegged, and we had found that my other ones were too large for him to find pleasant. It has... You guessed it: an acute angle that works well for both G-spot and prostate stimulation (we've both tried it).
The dildo is made of high quality silicone so it can be boiled, soaked in 10% bleach solution, or put on the top shelf of your dishwasher to sterilize it between partners or between anal and vaginal use. I also like to put a condom on it for anal use because really, one can never be too careful. One thing to note about this dildo and condoms: I have yet to find a condom that's not too large for the Tantus Acute. I can actually roll a condom right down over the base. I recommend an unlubricated condom, since some of the lubricants used on condoms contain silicone and you should only use water based lube with your silicone toys. The Acute doesn't have any odor of its own, but I have found that it does tend to retain the scent of the soap I've used on it. It also holds on to dust, lint, and pet hair which is one reason why I wash it both before and after use and am careful where I put it down. Also, It's just the hygienic thing to do.
I can't say enough about how attractive the Acute is. I have the midnight purple one. It's totally smooth with no seams or anything. The word "TANTUS" is stamped into it at the base. The color is gorgeous and it's a little swirly with sparkles. I have actually caught myself just staring at it a few times. It has a little bit of a bulbous, "realistic" shaped head. Not so big as to cause much difficulty or discomfort, even for these two anal beginners. There are also little ridges down the shaft, which I couldn't feel too much, but I didn't do a lot of thrusting when I used it anally myself. My fella said he didn't really feel them either, but said he was not really concentrating on them, just enjoying and getting accustomed to being penetrated. The material is fairly firm, not squishy like the jelly or TPE toys, but will bend and flex a little, lengthwise.
The flared base makes the Acute safe for anal penetration, as well as o-ring compatible (sort of). One thing you should know though, is that the base is not particularly wide or thick, and if you tend to be pretty vigorous when you're doing your partner, it's apt to come out of the o-ring. It's also not very stable for the same reason. I use the Sedeux Divine Diva harness and used the smallest o-ring (1.5"), and had a hard time getting it to stay in place. It actually came out of the o-ring while I was trying to do my thing. That wasn't awesome. I just had him lay on his back and held it in my hand after that. It was fine, though, because I could then look him in the eye and kiss his handsome face while I fucked him. If you are someone who needs a lot of toy, the Tantus Acute is likely not for you. If you're new to penetration (of any sort), or like G-spot stimulation, consider it. I really like it, but for the somewhat flimsy base. Someone else suggested using it with a double-sided suction cup. Maybe I'll try that out and come back to tell y'all how it works out.

Experience
I Love, love, love this dildo for solo double penetration along with my Evolved Romantic G. Holy... Wow! It also works great for double penetration with an actual person. Until I bought the Tantus Acute, I had no idea I was even interested in trying that!

I still love it. Love the way it looks, the way it feels, the way it doesn't smell like anything! It's still seeing plenty of action, and will for the foreseeable future.

Thanks for the review. Mine is on the way and I'll have to look around for a rubber o-ring at my hardware store that will work well. Here's hoping...

You sure are welcome. I am glad to report that I seem to be the newly appointed NH Anal Pleasure Welcoming Committee President and since this dildo is boilable, it's seeing quite a bit of action. All the fellows I've introduced to it have thanked me wholeheartedly. They love it since it's not too "girly" and not too big, and it's slick and smooth. I like it for the same reasons. Been using it with the Intimate Organics Soothe lube (myself and with the fellas) to great effect. GOOD TIMES!!!

Another note: found a 1.25" o-ring at the hardware store. Works like a charm! I have to really, really try to get it to slip out of the harness now!
