The Black Rose Harness by Doc Johnson is a very well designed, manufactured, and beautiful looking dildo and harness set. It's well designed for both female couples, or male and female couples who are interested in exploring anal play and pegging.
Because of the size of the included dildo, 1 1/2" diameter, it might be a bit intimidating for anyone new to anal play, but the harness is compatible with most dildos, from what I could see.

The harness for the Black Rose is made out of black neoprene, and the front is covered in purple silk and black lace. The purple silk and lace give the harness a very classy look.

The included black dildo is made from 100% silicone, so it is extremely easy to clean and sanitize. The dildo has a smooth texture. It also has a slight upwards curve at the tip, which makes it great for p-spot and g-spot stimulation. It has two progressively larger bulges to provide an extra filling feeling, as well.

The Black Rose harness has a fairly standard double strap design with one strap around the waist. There is also a strap that goes around each thigh. The front is slightly padded and designed with both a double O-ring and vac-u-lock option, so it can handle most harness compatible dildos.

The harness itself seems to be extremely well made with strong, but not uncomfortable, straps. The sizing buckles are well placed so that they stay secure and don't pinch. Pinching or a harness falling off is a major mood killer.

The dildo itself is 6 inches long with about 5 1/2 inches of that insertable, with a maximum diameter of 1 1/2" at the widest of the two bulges. It also has a slight upwards curve for about the first 1/3 of it's length for maximum p-spot or g-spot stimulation.

The Black Rose harness comes in a single size and should fit the majority of users. According to the packaging, it should fit up to a 68" waist.

The included dildo has a great design, but the bulges and 1 1/2" diameter may be a bit intimidating to beginners if used for anal play or pegging. If you're just starting out with this type of play, you may want to use a smaller diameter dildo with this harness. Thankfully, however, the double O-ring and vac-u-lock connections makes this easy.

The Black Rose harness worked exactly as advertised for us. According to my wife, the harness was comfortable to wear once it was properly adjusted, and it didn't slide around or chafe anywhere.

We do recommend attaching the dildo and making the major adjustments during your free time. Switching dildos can be a bit difficult if you are using the vac-u-lock system, and making the major sizing changes can take a bit of time to get the adjustments right. The process could be a mood killer.

We didn't use the included dildo in the harness since it's a bit on the intimidating size for us; we used a separate smaller one for anal, but my wife was more than pleased with it vaginally.

Care for the included dildo is simple since it's made from 100% silicone. Simply clean with soap & water plus a special toy cleaner, boil it or even just toss it in the dishwasher. You will want to only use water-based lubricants, as a silicone based lube may damage the material.

The harness is made of a combination of neoprene, silk, and lace so I would recommend that it only be hand washed and sprayed with a toy cleaner.
