A New Favourite
I love the Acute, but it might be a little small for those who like their toys with more girth. The shaped head is perfect for stimulating my G-spot though.

Pros
Nice texture, bright colour, well shaped for G-spot stimulation.
Cons
Could be too small for some, static attracts dust.
Tantus is swiftly moving up the ranks of my favourite toy companies, and with excellent dildos like the Acute, it’s easy to see why. The Acute has an upwards bend (an "acute angle" as well as being a cute dildo - math jokes and sex toys should be put together more often!) and a slightly protruding head. I’ve found that with vaginal use, it hits my g-spot, although not quite as forcefully as something like the the Pure Wand. It’s not so long that it starts to risk tapping on your cervix, but it’s big enough to be satisfying (1 ¼” across). Size queens will probably be a little disappointed, but for me and anyone else who has a taste for medium upwards strokes, it is a good day-to-day option.
The base of the Acute is also flared enough to be worn with a strap on, and although I’ve tried it on a few times and admired my reflection, I’ve yet to actually put it to use like that - something for the follow-up review probably.
The colour of the Acute was also something that drew me to it - I like my sex toy shelf to look as much like a candy store as possible! It’s made from high quality silicone with just a little give to it, and therefore shouldn’t be used with silicone lube. It can be washed in hot water with soap after use and should be used with a condom if you’re sharing it, even though it can also be boiled. One downside of Tantus’ silicone is that it has the worst static cling of any toys that I’ve ever tried. Suffice to say that if you have a cat, you’ll want to give the Acute a rinse before using it, no matter how carefully you store it. The silicone is also slick and shiny, which I prefer to some other silicones that have a more velvety feel to them - I feel like the lube I use with it lasts a lot longer, and there is notably less drag.
