A Great Choice for Beginners!
This is a really versatile and durable harness for the price. It's an excellent choice for beginners to harness play and probably for packing as well.

Pros
Durable, inexpensive, can change o-ring size.
Cons
Material may be uncomfortable for some.
This is a jock-strap style harness that is inexpensive and very versatile. The straps are highly adjustable and should accommodate a wide range of sizes. The leather panel is removable and you can change the o-ring out, making this an excellent choice for beginners who are curious about harness play.
The straps are made of nylon webbing and have plastic sliders that adjust easily. Think backpack straps. One strap goes around the waist and will adjust to any size up to 60" around. You can pretty much make it as snug as you like and it should fit even the tiniest waist. There are two more straps that go around each thigh. Just like the waist, the thighs are very adjustable and should fit if you can fit into the waist portion. I would guess they open up to somewhere between 40-45" around. There is no elastic in the straps so it will be very snug when you adjust it to fit. The nylon webbing can chafe a bit as well, which can cause some mild discomfort. My husband noted that it scratched the sides of his balls. This can easily be fixed by wearing a snug fitting pair of shorts or underwear beneath the harness.
There is a leather panel that can be removed, depending on your preference. It's pretty comfortable to wear. It's shaped like the front of a pair of panties and may be preferable if you are worried about your toys rubbing against your skin or pulling your pubic hair. There are four slits on each corner of the panel that you can slide the straps into and it really takes a small amount of effort to remove it and put it back.
It comes with a 1 1/2" rubber o-ring, but because of the way it's attached you can easily switch this out to fit smaller or larger toys. The four straps that slide through the slits in the leather panel have metal snap buttons on the ends. You'll have to unsnap them to remove or replace the leather panel or if you're swapping out toys with the panel attached. They're very easy to work with.
The entire harness is sewn very well. It should hold up to a lot of wear and tear. There is a very small Sportsheets tag sewn discreetly onto one of the front seams. It's black with silver lettering, so you likely wouldn't even notice it. The only other place the Sportsheets logo can be found is engraved on the four silver snap buttons. None of the logos are distracting.
The harness can be washed in the washing machine, or handwashed, and dried. I would remove the leather panel and wipe it down with a damp cloth before washing it. Just to be safe, ya know? Once you're done washing it you can just tuck it into a drawer.
Overall it's a really great product. The only negative things I could say about it are that the material chafes and if you aren't the maximum size the straps may get annoying. You could easily snip them so that they don't flap around and burn the ends with a lighter to prevent fraying. It could also be suitable for a packing harness, I would think. I don't pack so I can't say for sure. It shouldn't be noticeable through your clothes though.

Experience
My husband and I had been discussing harnesses and pegging for a while when we settled on this one. It was inexpensive and it had good reviews so we figured it would suit our needs. If we liked it, great! If we didn't, we wouldn't have wasted a ton of money on it. Soon we realized that we both loved harnesses and took the plunge to buy a more expensive harness, but it was so worth it to try this one first.
