This condom can be reviewed in three words: thin, snug, cheap.
All in all, these are some of the best general-use condoms on the market, and they are also among the most economical. If you're looking for a no-nonsense rubber that will keep you safe without getting in the way of sex, Trojan Ultra Thin is a terrific option.

Pros
Thin, cheap, reliable
Cons
Worthless lube, occasionally difficult to unroll
First off, I should state that I hate using condoms, and only do so because my partner is currently not on birth control. I just can't stand feeling anything between me and my wife, so the only feature I look for in a condom (besides simple effectiveness, of course) is unobtrusiveness. For this reason, and this reason alone, Trojan Ultra Thins are the only condom I use.
The first thing that stands out about these is how accurate the "thin" label is: they feel significantly smaller in the pouch than a standard condom, and that trimness really translates during sex. While I can still tell that I'm wearing a condom, when using one of these I never feel like I'm making love to Gumby.
As effective as these rubbers are at making their presence unfelt, there are a few downsides. First, look elsewhere if you have any sensitivity issues and are afraid of premature climax — these transmit sensation as well as any condom I've ever used and won't slow you down much at all. Second, their extreme thinness makes it slightly harder to tell which way they roll: use caution if you put it right on the tip and unroll from there. Third, the lubricant dries out almost instantly upon unraveling and doesn't help much at all; additional lube is absolutely necessary unless your partner is good and moist. Fourth and finally, while the fit doesn't bother me and my average-sized penis, they are definitely on the snug side — especially for Trojan. Big guys beware.
