Ribbed For His Pleasure
If the main problem with using condoms is him complaining about sensation, then this condom just may be what you need. However, if the issue is that she's not feeling much, there may be some disappointment for her. Either way, make sure you use lube!

Everyone knows condoms are important for sexual health and safety. This is especially true for anyone who likes playing in the back door, as that area is very prone to micro-tearing, which can let in diseases. Eeek! Sadly, some people don't use condoms, as they don't think they feel as good when using them -- which is why Pleasure Plus was created.
Pleasure plus condoms have a little bagginess on one side of the penis head to allow the condom to slide along for more stimulation. There also are lots of little ribs that look similar to the lines in a notebook. I suspect this ribbing was made with heterosexual couples in mind, as females are ribbed inside. If you're worried about the head pouch making the whole condom slip, don't worry because the base ring is very study and grips nicely. So, there's little worry of slippage as long as you follow directions. The thickness on these condoms was about middle of the line: thinner than a Trojan, but thicker than a Proper Attire or Kimono.
From a passive standpoint, it wasn't bad. I could feel that there was a little difference with the ribbed head and pouch, but I honestly have had more fun with regular studded and ribbed condoms. Sometimes the extra rubbing actually left me a little sore when in use, so I would recommend making sure you use plenty of water-based lube if using these condoms anally. For fellatio, I found the lube on this condom was oily, and that it tasted a little funny. I had to apply flavored lube, and I had to keep applying that as I went! Luckily, the head pouch was more fun to play with in my mouth, as I could roll my tongue over it and tickle the head through the ribbed area.
Pleasure Plus condoms are actually better for the giver than the receiver. The extra stimulation along the head was noticeable as I went in and out. Wherever the ribbing hit felt nice, even if the texture was a little unusual. Heat and touch translated very nicely with little lag in sensation, and the base ring held no matter how fast I went. Putting a little water-based lube inside the condom made it feel even better, as the condom slid more smoothly along the head of my shaft. I just wish there was more stimulation along the rest of the penis instead of just the head, so the feeling could have been all over.

Experience
Remember me mentioning that lubing up is a good idea with this condom? Here's a quick mantra to help! "Lube the hole, not the pole." When you lube up the penis only, not much lube goes in at all -- which means you can get sore, or dried out quickly. When you apply lube inside the hole of your choice, more lube is added, and more stays in -- which keeps things moving smoother for longer.
