Only If It's Free
I am not a very big fan of the Trojan-Enz condoms at all. In my experience they roll up when I'm using them on my dildos, and they irritate my skin when I'm on the receiving end. Still, I've never had an issue with the condom breaking and you may have better experiences if your partner isn't using a strap-on. I'll still pick up a few of these if they're free at clinics or fairs, but they're definitely not at the top of my list.

Pros
Reliable, lubricated (though maybe not enough), water based lube.
Cons
Rolls up on toys, irritates my skin.
From the perspective of someone who uses condoms solely with strap-ons, I absolutely hate these condoms. When I'm on the receiving end, it feels like I'm getting a constant friction burn. When I'm on the giving end, I'm constantly pulling it down to keep the whole toy covered. I've found that the only time I notice the lubrication is when I'm putting the condom on. The lube on the condom always seems greasy to me, both on my hand and on my dildo. The lube on the condom is a water soluble lubricant, so even though I don't personally enjoy using them with my silicone strap-ons, it is a positive that the lube is compatible with them.
I don't like the way the condom feels, and it smells a little rubbery. I don't have a known latex allergy and I don't have any issues with other condoms, but anytime my girlfriend uses a Trojan-Enz condom I end up with a little irritation. I'm not sure exactly what causes the irritation, but it has definitely made me less likely to reach for one of these condoms over other brands. Of course, if you have a latex allergy, you'll want to choose a different condom since the Trojan-Enz is made out of premium quality latex.
I've never had one of these condoms rip, and even when you're not using condoms to prevent pregnancy that is a very important quality to have. My girlfriend and I always practice safe sex, so it's nice to know that these are reliable even though I don't find using them enjoyable in any way. You may have a better experience altogether if you're using the condoms with a cis-gendered male who isn't wearing a strap-on, in the very least with the issue of the condom rolling up.
