One of thee Worst Investments You Could Make
This vibrating cock ring and condom kit is an ok option for beginner couples. It doesn't offer much, but is easy to use and is completely dispensable. The bullet isn't very strong, but with correct positioning, might give you the small extra boost you need.

Pros
Easy to use, can get more than one use of it (for some), fits a large range
Cons
Not powerful, small surface area for vibrations, cock ring does not restrict blood flow, condom
When I was first getting into sex toys, I had this obsession with vibrating rings and cock rings. I was thrilled to find that both Trojan and Durex were making a condom and dispensable vibrating cock ring kit that could be bought in a local drug store for under $10 (here it has a much higher price tag for some reason...). At the time I thought it was a pretty good deal, but after actually finding reusable ones for not much more, I have drastically changed my mind. If you are looking to try a vibrating cock ring for the first time, this isn't HORRIBLE, but I recommend looking at better options, because chances are, you will like it.
So what is in the kit? You get 1 Tojan-ENZ condom and 1 disposable vibrating cock ring.
The condom:
I HATE the condom that comes with this kit. It is one of the worst I have ever tried. I suggest using your own different one so that the condom doesn't detract from the experience. If you have no other option, this is what you are getting and should expect...
You'll be getting a standard shaped condom that has no natural shape or taper. It is pretty average in width and length so it is ok for the average guy, but won't be adding to the experience or pleasure because it is a thick condom. The lubricant is a "jelly type" water base and doesn't last too terribly long. Make sure you have some extra lubricant on hand if you anticipate needing some. The Trojan-ENZ does have a large tip which is a good quality. The smell of latex is strong and will need to be washed off after use. For a more detailed review of this condom visit my other review.
The cock ring:
The cock ring has a very simple design. A small bullet is housed in a jelly like sleeve with a small bump on it. I'm not sure if this was designed to offer extra clitoral stimulation, but it does absolutely nothing. The ring is very thin and stretches wide, but this means that is doesn't work as an actual cock ring for restricting blood flow. The max stretched diameter is over 4" so it at least is comfortable on even larger guys like mine.
The controls are also easy. There is an in/out pull/push switch that controls the one speed of vibration. When you pull it out, it is off and when you push it in, the vibrations start. The one speed is not very strong, but it does add SOMETHING. It is also pretty quiet and won't be distracting. It sounds like a higher pitched buzz.
The best way to use this, is to have the male put it on and position it onto of his penis (toward his belly button). Then the female can position herself on top of it. I didn't have any discomfort, grinding against it. This is a disposable bullet, but depending on how long you use it, it might last for more than one go around. The time that these lasted seemed to vary, but on average they lasted about 20-25 minutes.
Note that the material is porous and cannot be shared. To clean it, remove the bullet and rinse with warm water and soap. When storing, keep away from all other jelly toys. I have had quite a few of these melt together!
All in all...just pay the extra money to get a better one.

Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
There have been quite a few more reviews on this and everyone seems to agree that it isn't worth the money at all. I feel the only benefit is that you can buy this duo in drug stores.
