Nothing fancy
While these condoms look great and have a lot of promise, they just don't like up to the expectations. A very uniform condom that is thicker than most, this would be best as a gag gift. Playboy should have put more thought into these before stamping their logo onto them.

Pros
Tight on base of penis, latex, classy to look at
Cons
Felt unnatural, one was unusable, not enough lube, not worthy the playboy price or brand name
When you hear the name 'Playboy,' you think of sexy, but not quite slutty, women. You think of class and power, of standing on a pedestal while Hustler pulls out it's cheap tricks to try and make them seem more 'vanilla' while the people at Playboy sit back and sip Martini's because they aren't even phased. Playboy has confidence and confidence is sexy.
These condoms are not.
I was expecting something awesome from these, but I'm still not sure what. What do you get from designer condoms? Rhinestones? A toy in the bottom of the box? Get them to do the dishes? I'm not sure what I was expecting, but something above par at least.
Being a 19 year old couple that can not afford to have a kid, me and my boyfriend have used our fare share of condoms, from all different price ranges. Our all time favorites are the Trojan Ultrathin condoms, but we also like to try new things sometimes.
These were thicker than almost any condoms we had tried before, including ones with patterns and ribs. They felt very rubbery during sex and, while it wasn't a deal-breaker, we weren't impressed at all. These are almost completely straight and have a small reservoir at the tip for semen, but otherwise aren't anything special. If you enjoy condoms that try to give a more natural feel by having a much looser area around the head or your penis is particularly wide around the tip, you may find them uncomfortable.
We got a sample 3 pack of these condoms.
The first one we went to open and it had actually been caught in the condom wrapper during the sealing process. While no damage was obvious, we didn't use this one.
The second we used without lube, and was very rubbery and unnatural feeling. We both orgasmed, but we would have much rather used a different type of condom.
The third we used with a bit of extra lube inside and out. This actually made my boyfriend feel less sensitive and found it less enjoyable.
These condoms are made of latex and are compatible with water and silicone based lube. Oil based lube will corrode the latex and lead to a broken condom, so be careful! You also can use these over toys if you feel the material is unsafe or you want to switch orifices/partners.
The good part about these was that they fit my boyfriend very snugly around the base of his penis, and sometimes we continue to have sex after he has ejaculated. This prevented any semen from seeping out of the bottom of the condom. If you are relying on condoms as your soul means of birth control this is NOT proper use! I don't want anyone to get the wrong idea because I am also taking oral contraceptives.
This is not a special, or even mediocre condom and I would not recommend it. Despite the awesome packaging and brand, it does not live up to my expectations.
