Not Much of a Difference at All.
Condoms with specialized, twisted tips and ribbed at the base. The tip is supposed to create an added sensation for wearer and receiver, but an overall disappointment.

Pros
Lubricated, ribbed
Cons
No difference in sensation at all.
To be completely honest about this product, you might as well just buy regular condoms. The box boasts that the twisting shape of the tip and the ribbing is meant to add sensations for the receiver and the wearer. I don't know about anyone else who's used these, but I could not feel a damn thing. I don't know anyone else who could feel a difference for that matter. I was actually given these by someone who was disappointed with them.
The unfortunate truth of these condoms is that the twisted shape at the tip really will not matter. It wouldn't matter if the tip of these condoms were shaped like starfish. A woman is really only sensitive to texture and shape in the first couple inches of her vagina, but as far back as this would go, she's not likely to feel anything at all. I don't know what it's like for someone who isn't straight or heteronormative to use these for other penetrative acts, so I can't speak for that experience, I'm really just speaking for regular penis-in-vagina sex.
These condoms really aren't worth the extra money, seeing as they really don't deliver on their promise. Buying a regular box of condoms would probably get you the same effect. Unless you're extra sensitive all throughout your vagina ladies, don't count on it being anything different.
If you want a condom that you'll actually be able to feel something with, go with Trojan's "Fire and Ice." There's nothing particularly special about the shape of those, but they do have the dual-action benefit of warming and cooling lubes. MUCH better option than these disappointments.
Be wary of condoms that promise added sensation with specialized tips. A little research would tell you, before you spend the money, that you'll be dissatisfied.

Follow-up commentary

We bought a 12-piece variety pack of trojan condoms that included these. My fiance had never used them, but I told him not to expect much of a difference from any other condom. He still wanted to try them anyway since they were part of the pack.
As predicted, still nothing special. He didn't feel a difference and neither did I. I guess the only occasions on which I will use these is if they are part of a multipack. Because I'm certainly not going to spend money on them specifically.

I think the twister is for the man's benefit, not the womans.

Trysexual: That could be the intent, but my partner at the time said he couldn't really feel a difference either.
