Lubricated Trojan Condoms. Nothing New.
When I bought these, they were about the same price as other Trojan lubricated condoms. Honestly, I feel like they are no different from any of them. The ribs haven't changed the experience for me or my girlfriend in any noticeable way, but for what it's worth, they are good condoms. Just don't expect anything amazing out of them. They are no better and no worse than other lubricated Trojans out there. I don't have enough experience with other condom brands to speak to those, however.

Pros
Durable. Lubricated. Fit larger males. Reservoir tip.
Cons
Spiral ribs really make no difference for either partner.
These Trojan Stimulations Twisted condoms claim on the box that they are manufactured with "deep pleasurable spiral ribs," which are designed to help stimulate the receiving partner. It's true, they do have spiral-patterned ribs on the head of the condom just before the reservoir tip, but you'd never know it. I've never actually noticed the ribs on the condom while putting one on or in the middle of sex. After my girlfriend and I had finished, I asked her how they condom felt and she told me they feel the same as just about any other condom she has used. Basically, the spiral ribs don't seem to do anything for the pleasure of either me or my partner.
Other than the ribs doing nothing at all, these condoms are pretty good (though nothing spectacular). They are not terribly thick, but are durable enough that I can't see them being in danger of breaking when used vaginally unless they're old or damaged right out of the box (personally I don't enjoy anal, so I can't speak to using them for that.) They're decently lubed, about as much as any other Trojan lubricated condom, and are more than capable of being used out of the box for vaginal intercourse without any additional lubrication because of it, but my girlfriend and I prefer a bit more slip in the slide (I know that's not really clever, but I like to think it is) so we tend to use an extra drop or two of lube anyway. If a female has issues with self-lubrication, I think she might need to use some additional lube as well, instead of simply relying on that of the condom.
I'm a bit longer and wider than most, and these condoms fit me fine. They're latex, and as such, stretch nicely. They have that slight latex smell, but no more than other latex condoms or lubricated latex condoms (it goes without saying that since these are latex, they should be used with water based lubricants only to avoid causing deterioration of the condom). Honestly, I feel like these are functionally the standard-fare Trojan lubricated condoms, but with a different name on them. They're seemingly no different from other Trojan lubricated condoms in my experience, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. They're durable, have a reservoir tip, nicely fit an above-average sized guy like myself, feel the same as any other condom to both me and my girlfriend, and are pre-lubricated enough to use out of the box if you're not a couple who prefers things super lubricated. They're good, but nothing exciting.

Experience
When I used these, I asked my girlfriend and she insisted to me that they feel exactly the same as the other lubricated Trojan condoms we had been using. This condom wasn't anything special, but it did what condoms were designed to do, which is be a contraceptive. My girlfriend says she has no preference as to whether I use these or the ultra ribbed condoms we has been using previously (though she says those feel no different from other condoms she has used anyway).
