I had big hopes for these. I much prefer an ultra-thin condom and these are very thick, to the point where you can't feel anything but the condom. Also, it took quite a while for the fire/ice to kick in, and when it did, it was all fire. Usually, I'm not that sensitive to these kind of lubes but my significant other and I had to stop having sex because the burning was way too intense. Even after trying to wash myself off with soap and water it still burned; it took a few hours for that sensation to go away. While the burning sensation was wearing off it was very, very uncomfortable.

My significant other also said that they left him feeling numb, although he was able to wash it off and felt fine afterwards. He also didn't like the fact that these were so thick. Normally, he doesn't care about that kind of thing, but he made mention about these.

When we took it out of the wrapper we noticed that the burning was felt on our hands as well. Seems that the fire is on the outside and the ice is on the inside. It was a very painful experience for myself and disappointing for him. It's never a good thing when a product makes one person go numb and the other in physical pain for hours afterwards.

Overall we were hoping these would be a nice thing to use every once in a while, but they ended up being a complete waste of money. We ended up throwing the rest of the box away and going to buy our preferred brand. Trojan seems to have missed the mark on a lot of their specialty condoms; this isn't the first one we have tried and not the first we've been disappointed by. I think we'll just stick to our standard ultra-thins and skip all other enhancers of this nature.
