Trojan has many different types and styles of condoms. I really enjoy a lot of them. But one of their varieties is a complete fail: twisted pleasure. The condom is not at all pleasurable and barely twisted-false advertising.

Supposed because of the spiral feature at the tip of the condom it is supposed to feel like that inside you. It doesn't at all. It is more like an airbag for his penis. Because the reservoir is so large, I suppose it would be great for someone who wants more head room.

Compared to other condoms, this is how the twisted pleasure stacks up: Average condoms have a thickness of 0.0027". This condom has a thickness of 0.0027" which makes it an ordinary condom in this category. You won't notice anything special or different here.

The average condom is 7.5" long. This condom is actually longer and is 7.87". Because of the reservoir tip being small, this is why I recommend not using it on a penis longer than 7". There needs to be wiggle and ejaculation room.

Average shaft width and base width for condoms is 2". This condom almost matches that at 2.05". This however, doesn't accommodate the guys on the thicker side. Keep size in mind.

Average condom head width is 2.125". This condom has a head width of 2.56". This makes it easier to put on for guys with larger heads. This condom lacks taper and natural feel.

The lubrication is mediocre. I found that more needed to be added. Make sure to add more if you are not naturally lubricated enough! The condom has a slightly weird sweet smell to it which kind of masks a bit of the latex smell. I am really bothered by a strong latex scent.

The twisted head of this condom does little more than annoy. It bunches and didn't feel good vaginally. This condom could work well for weird shaped toys though. That is a perk.

That is really the only good thing. I hate this condom. I am giving it only 1 star.

I heard they are discontinuing this item. I really hope they do. But if you are interested, better grab them now!
