Wrist Cuffs, or Overpriced Satin Scarf?
Basically, don't spend your money on this overpriced gimmick. It will only take a few wiggles of your partner to break free. Should someone give you this item and you feel like you need to use it, turn it into a blindfold or use it for pretty erotic photography.

Pros
Soft, pretty
Cons
Not good for bondage, hard to get stains out of
So, this is not a pair of wrist cuffs. I refuse to acknowledge that they are selling this item with that label. This is a black and silver (supposedly grey) piece of satin cloth with the label "Fifty Shades of Grey" sewn onto it. This product is $23 and costs even more at most stores. You are literally paying for a name here, once again.
The Fifty Shades of Grey wrist cuffs have two sides, one black and one silver, with a scratchy tag on it displaying the name brand. It is 54 inches long and has an extra little piece of black satin sewn on that you are supposed to use to thread the ends into and tie the bow. The cloth itself seems to be of nice quality and is very soft and silky. However, don't get this cloth dirty because it's a bitch to hand wash.
This product is supposed to be used as wrist cuffs, but I have only used it for this purpose twice. Since the product is so silky, it can easily be slipped off by your partner. Also, it's damn near impossible to get that pretty bow that the product advertises; you will probably end up just tying it in a knot.
This product might be good for someone who is hesitant to jump right into bondage. The scarf can be used for mental bondage (since it can be slipped out of) instead of the real physical "you're not going anywhere" kind of bondage. It can also double as a blindfold and will look very nice tied on your partner. In fact, this is probably the only way I will use this product.
In conclusion, this product is more for looks than for actual bondage. This item is not going to restrain your partner and keep them there, but it might make him/her look more appealing.
