I am plus size with one H cup breast and the other breast is an F cup. I thought it may be a bit short to reach my boobs since they separate, but it just fits. The chains stretch all the way out. If you have big boobs that aren’t saggy, or big boobs with a long torso, this will probably not fit. This works for me since my big boobs are saggy. The clamps are easy to adjust and they have a slightly wider clamp than the average clamp. The wider clamps are perfect for clamping my labia. I love it. This is different than other clamps I have. I also love that the nipple clamps are connected to the labia clamps. To spread your labia with the clamps, you can rig it with rope or maybe even something else. This is a great addition to my toy box.
