PG to R rated bondage. I consider myself a novice in the being tied up department, which is too bad, so I was unsure as to what to get, and very excited to try these cheetah cuffs. I used it as a traditional wrist cuff, and as a beginner I think it was a good fit. It's definitely not complicated, and if you want out you can get out without the threat of being stuck without a key. I think anyone that is into hardcore, or has had other cuffs may not be too into these, just because of the basic style of them. These are very portable, don't take up any space and easily adapted for any bed/hotel arrangement. I found it worked best with an additional silk tie or something similar that you can attach them to.

The material itself is very comfortable. It's about 2 inches wide and 8 inches long, so it can accommodate most sizes of wrists and ankles. The description says it's made of fleece---but I picture fleece as puffy, and these are not. I would say they are more the texture and thickness of a soft felt. The actual restraint part is a 3/4 inch webbing strap 14 inches long, with a fold-back clip. You put the strap through it and fold it over to hold, this part is made of a plastic material. This has a tendency to slip, so you can wiggle out of it if you are having rough play. Each of the cuffs has a ring in the center of the strap. This is what I used to attach a silk tie to for actually attaching it to itself and we also used this to tie around my ankles, so you definitely need to add to it, it on its own I felt was not enough for restraint.

Once on, these were very comfortable. Even though the webbing goes around the middle, the strap didn't feel uncomfortable when tight, and didn't have any trouble moving on my wrists when I moved. Unless you are a very big person there should be no problem getting these on the normal person. There is ample strap length for any size.

I was excited to get these but I had no idea how much myself and my partner would enjoy them. Like I mentioned we did have a long strap to attach to the D rings and this allowed my wrists to slide back and forth for different positions. He restrained me with my hands behind my back, and then also incorporated my ankles, but this requires more than just the wrist restraint. If you get these be prepared to add on, depending on how you want to be tied up. It's definitely a starter kit in my opinion, and very addictive. If you are feeling really frisky get two or three sets of them, for wrist, ankle, and you can also attach the two cuffs together for a dirty cheetah collar.

It is made of a micro fleece type of material, and webbing, so it can be washed. Treat it like any lingerie you have and wash it with care, but it shouldn't have any issues in the wash. I would recommend air drying it though because of the plastic parts, you don't want to overheat them, although I don't think it would damage anything. There is no metal in it.

Simple plastic bag with a label on it, very low thrills, for all fun it has packaged in it.

So---kind of hooked now. Giving up control of things was such a huge turn on for both of us. We tried it several different ways and all were fantastic, far exceeded my expectations.
