What a Lovely Cat Toy!
This is a great tickler for the price. If you ever wanted to blindfold your partner and tease them with light sensations, this is perfect for you. Just keep it away from the cats!

Pros
Lightweight, easy to use, feels great against skin, discrete
Cons
Handle is a little too long
The Starburst Fantasy Feather tickler looks pretty much like one of the feathered cat toys you can find at Pet Smart. In fact, I'm pretty sure I found the same exact one I have at Pet Smart. That being said, it is a nice tickler. The feathers are beautiful, and it does work very well for tickling. It also works well for teasing cats. Keep this one where the kitties can't get to it if you want to keep it in good shape!
I chose the violet colored tickler, which looks kind of blue in the pictures. It does have more of a purple tone in real life. The violet feathers are nice and fluffy, and there are longer black feathers with a greenish tint to them coming out further than the violet ones. The combination of the two feathers gives a little more variety in the sensations the tickler can provide. The long black feathers are a bit more tickly than the shorter violet ones. Using the tickler at a downward angle lets you utilize the black feathers, and using it sideways lets you use the softer violet ones.
My only real complaint about the tickler is the length of the handle. If it were shorter, it would be easier to use. Being so long, it kind of keeps you at arm's length of whoever you are tickling. That being said, the handle is easy to hold on to.
This is a great addition to anyone's toybox. It provides nice light sensation play and it is very affordable. In fact, I think the similar one I saw at Pet Smart was actually more expensive. And as far as "kinky" toys go, this is pretty discrete. You can always explain it away as an old cat toy or a cute feather duster.

Although this is a very nice tickler, I really don't find myself using it. The long handle makes it awkward to use and it just kind of sits on a shelf, occasionally pulled down for a tickle sneak-attack. Perhaps I'll find more use for it sometime in the future, but for now it's just something pretty in my room.

Just cut the handle shorter & use some of that black electric tape to make a grip
