Walk on the Wild Side
If you are interested in fooling about with S&M, this is a good starter kit. The cuffs can be difficult to manage, and aren't the best in the world. However the blindfold and flogger easily make up for the lacking handcuffs, and can provide a lot of kinky pleasures in the bedroom.

What can I say about the Wild about S&M Kit? Well, you get what you pay for. Keep that strongly in mind.
The Blindfold
This sexy little number is rather nice. Personally I feel that you could use either side for your partner. The fuzzy furry side adds a nice little feeling for the eyelids that the black side lacks. Which is honestly a nice touch if you are into playing with the senses.
The Whip
I really don't know why this is called a whip. When you think of whips, you think Indiana Jones and his big long whip. Throw the word hard in there and you have the premise for an interesting movie. However, when I look at this one, I think more of a flogger. You get a simple handle. If it were broken apart, more than likely you would find something like a cardboard core, in which the leather strips are wrapped around. That's usually how the cheap ones are made. And then you have all the little leather straps with which to play about with.
Upon striking myself in various places, I'm a bit mixed. This is definitely a beginner's item. It doesn't feel like it causes that much in the way of pain. There is some feeling, depending on where you strike and the force used. But it doesn't seem like that pain could ever get past a certain point, no matter how hard you used it. Just be cautious, as the straps could hurt if they struck someone in the face.
The Handcuffs
Lastly, we come to the cuffs, probably the weakest of the trio. If you are thinking about getting this kit solely for the cuffs, smack yourself and mentally tell yourself no. Keep reading and you'll see why.
The cuffs are cheap. I would expect to find similar in a kid's toy at the local drug store. Sure it has keys, but they are cheap molded plastic. You don't even need them, as there is a little lever on the side that you can press to open the cuff. As for the animal theme, you get a pair of furry little sleeves slid around the cuff itself. Mildly cute, I suppose.
The other main problem with the cuffs is the size. At one notch, the loosest they can be without being open, they were still tight on my wrist. They should have been at least an inch wider in diameter at that point. My wrists aren't tiny, but they aren't big either. Barely 2" across.

Experience
My experience with this item was mixed. The blindfold and the "whip" are both nice, and functional. The cuffs are only marginally functional, and are easy to break. How easy? Well first I put them on at the lowest setting. They were tight, but not uncomfortable.
I slowly began to rack up the notches. It was perhaps at 5, or maybe an inch smaller than at 1 notch, before I couldn't go any farther. It was then I noticed that the lever and key would not unlock the cuff....joy.
Not being one to panic, I set about working on the cuff trying to get it off. It seems that because of the tightness, the square chamber where the key is inserted was beginning to spread apart. Again, this was primarily due to them being cheaply made.
That part opened so much that the chain links connecting the cuffs managed to slip free of the left one, and so I was left with a furry spotted bracelet. I can only wonder what would have happened if I had to parade out in front of the family to go to the garage for a hacksaw.
But again, they are cheaply made. Enough so that my fingers were capable of splitting the handcuff apart so it could fall open. This leaves me with one cuff in the trash, and the other, with keys, still at my desk, more of a decoration than anything else.
The lesson, is that if you do get these to use, be careful with the cuffs. Sticking on the 1st or 2nd notches is probably best, and tight enough that you shouldn't need more, unless your wrist is too big for them to fit. The mechanism inside can break, if it does, the best solution is to remain calm. The links in the chain can be twisted open to separate the cuffs. A screwdriver can help to pry open the one trapped on you.
