You just clip 'em and switch 'em on and away you go. You're gonna want to turn it off every now and then or else you'll get numb and that's not the nicest feeling to get. I'd keep this for until you're used to normal, non-vibrating clamps, or else it'll be a bit too much all at once.

It has a sort of thin, rubbery feel on the actual clamp parts to keep from hurting in the bad way. The vibrating parts are somewhat easy to break so be careful. It's an alright feeling set of clamps, but I guess the hanging bits with the vibrator puts me off.

The clamps are a bit awkward to have on due to the hanging parts being a bit heavy and have fallen off once or twice. I wish the vibes were smaller. Also, it's a bit hard to keep it on. Sometimes it wants to just turn off on you.
