Very much for beginners.
The length is the biggest problem. If you are new to bondage, sure, this is good to just do little things. But you really should look for something much longer.

Pros
Soft and strong
Cons
Just way too short
This is very much not for anyone that has much rope work experience.
I loved the soft texture of the ropes while tying a submissive's wrists and arms up. It's easy on the hands when you are pulling at it hard. And it won't chafe the sub, either. Most of them that I have used it on have liked the texture as well. But the sexy texture only goes so far.
They are short in length and that can be a real disadvantage if you are going to want to do more than just binding up the wrists and a little bit of the arms. But that's about all that you can do with this.
The lengths of the ropes are way too short to do much with them. You can't even bind someone's legs with them other than tying up the ankles.
Don't get me wrong, they are great if you just want to do a little bit or are just starting out. But if you want to go past just wrists and ankles or making a ball gag, then get something much longer.
These ropes are good and strong. There is no way that a sub will be able to slip out of them if you tie him or her up properly. They feel WONDERFUL on the hands and body. It's just too bad that they are way too short for much of anything.
I was gifted these ropes when I first started doing rope work, but even at the start they were way too short for much of anything.
Right now, I still have them. They still get used, but not as bondage rope. I just tied them into a soft, looped flogger. They work great as a flogger, but I won't use them for bondage anymore.

Questions from my mentor:
What is the length of the rope?: Six feet
What was it made of, or what did it seem to be made of?: It is made of silk and it totally felt like silk.
How are the ends held together?: The ends where not fused by the manufacturer.
Do they seem like they are going to come apart anytime soon?: Sadly, yes. I fused the ends with clear nail polish.
Are there any issues with rope burn that should be addressed?: With silk, not as much as others kinds. And if you do this safely and with the two finger rule, you don't have to worry about it.
What about other safety precautions in bondage?: DO NOT USE WITHOUT LEARNING SAFETY AND READING UP ON ALL THE BASIC RULES OF BDSM.
How does it hold knots?: Much better than I thought, given that it's very soft.
What is your favorite knot to use with this?: Sadly, they where way to short to do any of the kind of knots that I love to do.
How would you fix it if it does start to unravel?: I have always used a bit of clear nail polish or burning very carefully.
Does it seem to be well made?: Yes it does.
How is it packaged?: Just a simple vac-u-pack is how i got mine.
Did it come with any instructions for any knots or anything?:

As cute as these are, they are very much for beginners. There is far better ropes here on Eden. Trust me, you would be far better getting something else.

I will agree that the ropes are definitely short, but I think they were intended that way for beginners who just wanted to rope up the limbs for bondage. Most beginners don't want to do a body harness, so it makes sense that over 10 feet of rope would just be confusing to most beginners. I did enjoy the texture of this rope too, though. It was nice.
