This was my first nipple toy. Having large sensitive nipples has its upsides during sex, but my husband only has so many hands!

I have only really used these solo because my hubby laughed when I turn them on, they sound so obviously sex toy. The pinching of the clamps was more effective than the vibration for me, and messing with the controls while manning a vibrator can get a little cumbersome, so sometimes I just left the vibration off. The clamping was very nice though, and the screws in the clamps can be turned with one hand if you are tightening them. Two hands may be required to loosen them, so don't put them too tight if you are by yourself! Don't want to interrupt your flow. ;-)

We have other people living with us in our home, so noise is a HUGE issue for me. I would not recommend these if you are not living alone or if someone is home. They are quite loud, and reminiscent of a lawnmower in their buzzing as C. Scott pointed out.

Unfortunately, this is not a very high quality toy. Within the first few uses I must have pulled on a wire or got it caught on our naughty drawer handle, because one of the vibrators stopped working. It was obviously a wire connection issue, but I couldn't take the thing apart to see if I could fix it. An uneven nipple toy is no nipple toy at all, so I ended up removing the clamps from the vibrating bulbs and now I use the clamps alone in the shower or in bed with my husband since he can't laugh at them anymore. :-) They work better that way. A bit expensive for just a pair of vibrating clamps in the end.

Well since these vibes are broken, and I threw the vibrating parts out, this follow up review won't be too great. However, I kept the bull nose clamps, and use them very regularly during solo play for added stimulation. When I buy a pair that has a chain, the clamps from this toy will also be thrown out.

Not worth the original price. I would go for some plain bull nose clamps with the chain that Eden has here, instead of these vibrating ones. I love me a good pair of clamps, but these weren't it.
