We have put this set to use a few times, and never the same way twice! This nifty set works in SO MANY WAYS, not just for the "hogtie" position! It's SO USEFUL when combined with ropes or other ties attached to the bed, etc... The 5-piece set provides ENDLESS combos! Just clip anything to anything else!!
I have small wrists and the cuffs fit very securely, but the Velcro is fairly strong and there is a 3" strip for adjustments. I'm also not really an "escapee" so this held me just fine.

I LOVE THIS SET!! It's still very useful, and as I mentioned in my original review, it can be used in SO MANY WAYS, not just for hog-tie. We continue to find new ways to use these cuffs, hooking them to each other and other objects.
