From looking at the box, you would be correct in assuming that the "submissive" would be tied down spread eagle, once the device is placed under your mattress and the straps pulled out at the corners for use. It takes about a minute to set up. The spread eagle position is the standard use for this product, however I have found that I also enjoy using the arm cuffs for my ankles (above my head) with my hands free for scratching and hair pulling. This allows for deeper penetration with little to no effort used to hold up the legs — different variations can come into play here, legs spread, closed, etc. This product is also fun with more than 2 people! Multiple submissive partners for your enjoyment!

This product fits all bed sizes. The straps can be moved to different sides of mattress for different variations of play. Depending on your interest, this item is fun for anyone! This item can be wiped clean after any type of a mess — though I am unsure as to whether it can be laundered. It is very easy to store. You can wrap it up and put it in a drawer, bag, or any other small container. I prefer to just push the straps under the corners of my bed because you never know when you may want them.

Packaging is simple with clear pictures. There are simple, brief instructions on the back of packaging, but they are basically unnecessary.
