The Tantra Feather Teaser is meant to be a sensual tickler that teases when used. It can be used alone or with a partner. The tickler can be used anywhere and on any part of the body, what's better? It can go anywhere with you because it is so small. The down feathers (the really soft fluffy ones) add a softness that the more rigid (yet still soft) feather don't quite reach.

Because of the two types of feathers and the size of the toy this is a versatile item to have around when you want a tickler.

Drag it along the body, or roll it in your fingers, or use quick flicks to make this toy do what you want. Each variation on use will give a new feeling.

I did make my own use, which was to apply body dust. The feathers apply just a little dust and feel amazing on freshly cleaned skin.

The handle is metal and acrylic and has LELO etched into the acrylic. The tickler is handle heavy due to the ball at the base of the handle (not that it matters). The feathers are soft and beautiful. They are held in place very well, I was surprised to find a little bit of tugging did no damage.

The handle is about 2 1/4 inches long, and the total length (of mine) was almost 8 inches, clearly feather lengths will vary...and that is from the tip of the feather to the base of the handle. The feathers sort of fall in different directions, making the tickler nice and full.

I only used this momentarily for tickling...I HATE being tickled, so that will not be the primary purpose of this toy for me. It does work well, and actually feels very sensual when being dragged slowly and softly over the body. Any part of the body can become an erogenous zone with the right tools, and this is the right tool for most areas (in my opinion, anyway).

For actual tickling, well that depends. If you are very ticklish, then this will be great. Because the feathers are so soft they have a very light and sensual touch. This is great for foreplay for those who like that type of thing. I would warn against oils on the body (ie massage oils) though, as clean up can be rather tricky.

I, personally, use mine (now that I have played with it) for applying body dust. After a shower (once I am dry as can be) I use the tickler, or J uses it on me, whatever, to apply body dusts. I love it. It makes even my most everyday, mundane, things sensual and sexy.

Ok, so since this is feathers it can be a bitch to really clean. The handle is metal and acrylic, so just wipe it down with a damp cloth. To clean the feathers you can just *very* gently wipe them with a damp cloth. If they need to be cleaned (I mean, really cleaned) you can swish the feathers in warm water then hang upside down to air dry. No soaps or harsh chemicals.

If you use powder on yours, as I do, you can just quickly and sharply dust a towel or even the back of your hand to remove excess dust particles. Don't pull on the feathers.

The tickler needs to be stored in a cool, dry place (I keep mine in my armoir closet. I don't use the box because the tickler doesn't fit properly in it and I really don't like the kink it causes. You can also fashion a hanging device and hang the tickler in a closet (if you have a lot of clothing eating mites and whatnot, I don't recommend this...hence the armoir for me).

The Tickler comes in the typical LELO packaging, a sexy black box to hold it and it is wrapped in a (what looks like) rice paper). That black box comes in a nicer box of its own.

My concern is with the size of the box. Though the box is discreet and beautiful, I am hesitant to keep the tickler in it. The tickler is larger than the box, so the feathers are permanently curved to one side in an effort to fit into the box. I am really not sure what LELO's intentions were there, but that is what lowered the score from a 5 to a 4.
