There's No Escape! Oh Wait... There Is.
These are adorable little cuffs that will fit most, and they match the other PicoBong bondage gear, allowing you to have a set. But beware, these cuffs are only suitable if the wearer is content to lay there submissively. If you're new to bondage then you might want to give them a try, but you could just as easily pass them up and not miss a thing.

Pros
Vegan-friendly, beginner-friendly, lightweight, good size range
Cons
Stitching busts when pulled, pricey for what you get
PicoBong’s Resist No Evil wrist cuffs are a cute little way to restrict your partner in the bedroom. I would like to stress that these are for very light play. If you try to get out of these cuffs you will rip them, but I’ll tell you about that in a moment.
These cuffs are made out of neoprene. Neoprene is a strong fabric that can withstand some harshness. It has a strong odor when it is new, but this will go away in time. It is best to spot clean these cuffs with a damp cloth to avoid wearing out the stitching. Like the other PicoBong bondage gear, these cuffs are soft and black with squishy blue (you can get pink and black, too) pyramids on the outside, giving them a bit of a quirky look. Each cuff has a small tag with the PicoBong logo on it. The cuffs fasten with Velcro and each one is attached to a plastic clip. This clip can either be attached to the other handcuff’s clip, or it can be attached to the included strap. The strap is adjustable, measuring 12” at its shortest, and 21” at its longest, and 1” wide. The strap is very thin and a bit flimsy, and I’m not entirely sure what you could use it for. It makes more sense to me to just clip the cuffs together. Since I couldn’t really find a good way to use the strap, I omitted it in my play.
These cuffs are very comfortable to wear, and have a pretty good size range. My fiancé has very small wrists and these were able to adjust snugly over them. My wrists are wider and these cuffs fit me fine, too. I also found that they secure around the ankles well. The big downside to these babies is the placement design of the clips. The clips are attached to a loop of fabric which is sewn into the side of the cuff. I had put these on my fiancé and just as I was telling him these were for light play and to not try to break out of them, he pulled his wrists apart. Guess what happened. That’s right, they ripped. It wasn’t a huge and horrible rip, but the thread busted out a little and now there is a small hole. Because of this, I would have to advise using these cuffs on someone who is not determined to break free of them.
The packaging is the same as the other PicoBong bondage gear, a plastic pool floaty pouch with a bright blue backing and a clear cover. It is very minimal, and in my opinion, not worth keeping.
All in all, these are pretty little cuffs that are nice to add a little movement restriction, but are definitely not for actually keeping someone bound, and I doubt are worth the asking price. I am curious to see if they will even hold up for long, as the clip design seems like it is going to be the death of them.
