The Spread
This is an easy to use and light spreader bar. It includes two locking vegan leather cuffs and a mid-sized stainless steel spreader bar connected with o-rings. It's quite sturdy and easy to clean with soap and water. Great for both wrists and ankles or a combination of however you wish. Do be warned don't lose the key or lock! These do not have a way to clasp without a lock!

First Impressions:
Straight out of the box, it's a very basic, very nice spreader bar. The cuff closure is a simple little lock. They're a lot like those old diary keys. It can be quite loud when being moved around or struggled in. The packaging was a large plastic bag inside a plain brown box.
Material:
The bar is made of sturdy stainless steel, as are the O rings that attach the cuffs to the bar. We've tried a few times to bend the bar in use with no such luck. It has quite a hold to itself. However, the O rings to begin to slip and open up a little with continued work to purposefully mess them up. With regular use, this will take much much longer to get this to happen and is a simple fix with a pair of pliers.
The cuffs themselves are a vegan leather material; they still smell very leather-like and are quite flexible and easy to break in compared to leather ones. They aren't the thickest in the material; however, the overall cuff is about 2 inches thick.
Fit:
The fit of this bar wise is quite nice. I'd have to say for an average person it should be roughly just under solder width apart. The cuffs can fit both wrists and ankles going from about 9 inches around to 12 inches. They may be a little snug for some and loose for others. However, since it is mostly made to be an ankle restraint, I'd say this is a very workable for anyone really.
Care:
Care is very easy for this item. Simply take a rag with warm water and some mild soap or Dawn dish soap and give it a once over for typical use. If it gets really dirty, just scrub it with a washcloth and lay it out to dry.
