This product comes with two different things: a gag and a pair of restraints. The gag is meant to be inserted into the mouth to muffle sounds made by one's partner, while the restraints can be used to restrain one's partner. You can cuff your partners hands and feet together, or cuff him/her to something else (like a bedpost).

The cuffs are easy to use (velcro cuffs are very easy to put on and remove), and are perfect for everyone, from experienced BDSMers to beginners who just want to add a little spice to their bedroom activities. The ball gag, while easy for everyone to use, just isn't that great. The way it's put on (you pull it up to the top of the back of the head to buckle it instead of just pulling it straight back and buckling it at the back of the neck) is very awkward, and the part you put in your mouth will be very large and uncomfortable for some users.

The design of the restraints is great: they're simple, easy to adjust, and very comfortable. They're also large enough to wrap around one's ankles without having to make them extremely tight (many handcuff-type restraints have that problem). They're very well-made and sturdy, and can withstand a lot of tugging and struggling.

They are also versatile, as they can be used to cuff the hands and/or feet together, or to restrain ones partner by attaching him or her to something like a bedpost. However, these restraints are part of a set, and the other part of the set is not so great. The gag is poorly made, and when I received mine, some of the holes still had the plastic that should have been punched out clinging to them, and I had to cut them out myself. The plastic is very flimsy and soft, and I get the feeling that if you bit down with a fair amount of force it would probably tear. My partner was not comfortable with using it during play for these reasons.

The cuffs are great and do exactly what they're supposed to. They can withstand a lot of tugging, and they can fit any size wrists or ankles. The material is very comfortable, and the velcro makes the cuffs easy to put on and remove. The metal clips that are used to hold the two cuffs together make taking the cuffs apart and attaching them very easy. There is nothing special or fancy about them, though. They really are basic velcro cuffs.

The gag, on the other hand, is not very good. The plastic part of the gag that goes in the mouth is very cheap and low-quality, and if bit just a little too hard, it probably wouldn't be very hard to crack it. The straps, which are pulled upward and fastened at the top of the back of the head, are much more uncomfortable and awkwardly positioned than your typical ball gag.

Taking care of this product is very easy. The part of the ball gag that goes in the mouth can be easily cleaned with soap and water, then laid out to dry. If the cuffs get anything on them during use, just take a soapy rag and rub it wherever the cuffs are dirty, then lay them out to dry. I personally wouldn't try putting them in the washing machine. Storage is also easy. The cuffs are fabric, and can be folded. The gag is a bit larger than most gags, but is still small enough to fit in your sex toy storage container or your "special" drawer.

I just wanted to note that the gag I received had a very poor appearance. Next to the holes that were punched in it, there were other hole-punch marks. It looked as if someone had tried to punch holes once, but was not able to get all the way through the material, so they made new holes next to the marks left over.
