Sweet Little Nippers
These are the perfect nipple clamps for someone looking to explore fetish play for the first time. They are very inexpensive and therefore cheaply made, but despite a few annoying features function perfectly fine. The feathers are fun and flirty, while the clamps can be adjusted for light pressure to a heavy pinch. Overall I think these are a good buy, but won't last forever.

Pros
Good Design, Adjustable
Cons
Quality of materials, Rubber coating slides off
So I love the design of these nipple clamps. The feathers are a great element because they add a nice tickle to the sensation of pinching. They really heighten the pain/pleasure contrast for me. I also think the feathers are great from a practical standpoint because they ensure that the clamps won't get lost at the bottom of your toy box. I also like that these clamps are adjustable and come with soft rubber grips on the tips. These features make them wearable for a wide range of people from beginners to hard-core fetishists. Overall, I think that the idea behind these clamps is inspired, but the execution of that idea left something to be desired.
If the clamps had been made of higher grade materials I think the overall experience would have been near perfect. Unfortunately, at this price point you can't expect perfection. The two biggest problems I had with the functionality of the clamps were with the rubber pieces and the feathers themselves. There are three little rubber coverings on each clamp: one on the top and one for each side that grasps the nipple. These serve to protect the skin from the sharp/hard metal underneath. I really liked the sensation of the rubber grips, but the problem was that they kept sliding off during use. All three rubber pieces came of at different times, and I ended up having to spend several minutes searching for them in and around the bed. If you left the clamps entirely alone the rubber pieces would hold, but if any pressure or tugging was applied then they would slip off easily. I ultimately tried to use the clamps without the rubber pieces to avoid the problem altogether, but that was too painful for me.
I liked the look and feel of the feathers attached to these clamps, but the problem here was shedding. Many little feather pieces came off without much provocation and stuck to my body and my toys. Needless to say this was annoying. I was left wishing they had used a higher quality feather.
Despite the few problems I had with the quality of the clamps, I do think the design is great. I would definitely prefer these over a tweezers style clamp. I do think that they were worth the price, but if you are looking for a long-term, well made product I wouldn't choose these. I think they would be best suited to someone wanting to explore nipple play without shelling out too much cash.

Follow-up commentary
40 months after original review
I still think these clamps are pretty nifty. The only problem is that the little plastic protector pieces on the actual clamp itself can come off and get lost pretty easily. These are way too sharp to be used without the plastic covering, so that can spell a no go when one slips to the bottom of your toy drawer.
