Surprisingly Simple
The Metal Worx Magnetic Nipple Clamps are a definitely new idea on the idea of nipple clamps. While the intensity is not adjustable which is its major downfall, these clamps are very simple to use, stay on pretty well, and look cute in the process, so they've worked out well for us.

Pros
Easy to get on, Stay on pretty well, Look cute, Moderate intensity
Cons
Two-handed process, Intensity can not be adjusted
The Metal Worx Nipple Clamps are steel nipple clamps that operate with magnets versus the clamps that most nipple clamps use. The clamps are very small at about an inch and a half in length, and each of the opposing clamp's magnets includes a cute little gem on the end of it. There are no sharp or rough edges on the clamps, and the clamp part itself does not include any rubber or silicone padding like some nipple clamps do.
The packaging for the Metal Worx Nipple Clamps is pretty fancy. The nipple clamps include a hard and sturdy little metal box that opens up to show the clamps resting in some foam. The stickers and product name can be peeled off from the outside of the box which then makes it a completely discreet box. The box is not the highest quality ever, but it's definitely a lot more than what comes with most nipple clamps, and really, if you wanted to remove the foam portion on the inside, you probably could store your entire nipple clamp collection in this little box!
These nipple clamps, made of steel, do have a pretty cold feel when they first go on. I actually think it works better. The cold tends to make the nipples hard to make the clamps easier to put on. But the steel does warm up very nicely to skin temperature, and within a couple minutes of wear, they'll be nice and warm.
With these nipple clamps, you can not adjust how tightly they will grip. These clamps work very simply; the end of each of those two gem-things sticking out of the circle, there is a magnetic. The magnets oppose each other, and thus, they clamp together. The nipple gets placed between the two magnets, and the magnets try to clamp together, and thus, they'll work as a nipple clamp. As you can't really adjust the magnet's strength, though, there's really no way to adjust the intensity any stronger or any weaker.
Some of the other reviewers mention that these are awkward to get on. Honestly, these are some of the easiest clamps I've worked with. Now awkward: tweezer clamps definitely qualify for awkward. These, though, are very simple. Just open the two magnetic parts, slip the nipple in the middle, and let the magnetic parts grip the nipple. It really is extremely simple.
For testing purposes, I tried these on myself as well as my partner. My partner wears clamps more regularly, but I wear them, well, never. The intensity is not intense enough to bother me, as a clamp amateur, so the intensity may not be strong enough for those who regularly use nipple clamps. I'd say the intensity is a bit in the middle between purely decorative and "OUCH. GET THESE OFF!" So most individuals should be able to handle them. However, again, as you can not adjust the intensity, that's something to keep in mind. Another note: the intensity will vary depending on the size of your nipples. If you have smaller nipples, the magnets will be closer together, and thus, pull together more intensely. If you have larger nipples, the magnets will be farther apart and will have less pull towards each other.
With these clamps on, you really can't pull on them too much or add too much weight. If you wanted to, you could probably thread a thin chain between the two clamps if you wanted something that looked prettier, but the clamps will start to pull off if you try to add weight or tug on them too much. They stay on pretty well of their own accord, though, and as long as you have the nipple firmly in the clamp, they don't really slip off by themselves. They do a pretty decent job of staying where they're supposed to.
Something to keep in mind is that these nipple clamps are a two-handed process. I'm guilty of attempting to put nipple clamps on my partner while my other hand is busy, and while it's usually difficult with some types of clamps, I can still put the clamp on with one hand. However, due to the intensity of the strength of the magnets on this nipple clamp, it's pretty near-impossible to put it on with one hand. It requires one hand pulling at each of the polar ends of the nipple clamp to really get it to open up easily. Maybe if you have larger hands than I do, you could accomplish it, but I certainly could not do it with one hand despite multiple tries.

Experience
These nipple clamps do look pretty! They look pretty industrial as well, so they aren't going to look as light and as dainty as some other nipple clamps. The little crystals on the ends of the clamps are a nice addition to the appearance, and they'd be cute with some silver-based jewelry as well. They don't look like your traditional nipple clamps, though.
To clean these nipple clamps, you can use warm water and antibacterial soap. For the most part, they really shouldn't require too much cleaning. They could be bathed in a nice soap bath for cleaning, and make sure to clean out the crevices if you allow lubricant or bodily fluids to get all over the clamps. They really don't need any lubricant to work, and if you want, they stay really nicely in the packaging. They also can be stored without the packaging as well, but as they are two seperate items, make sure you keep them together as a set.
I think that most people, as long as you aren't expecting something puny in intensity (like decorative clamps) or hardcore in intensity (like Clover clamps) will probably be okay with the moderate intensity of the Metal Worx Nipple Clamps. The clamps stay on really well, and while they do take two hands to fasten on, they certainly are much more beginner-friendly in design than most nipple clamps which can sometimes appear to be like small confusing devices. The nipple clamps aren't perfect, and you can't adjust the intensity, but I still think they'll be finding a regular spot in our rotation just because of how well they fasten and how simple they are to put on.
