So at first, these little guys were definitely a little intimidating - there are no instructions on how to use them included in the packaging, on the packaging or...at all. So after quite a bit of trial and error, I finally figured out the best way to make them work - you have to squeeze the bulb part of the sucker pretty hard, press the opening down over the nipple so that the entire opening is touching the skin, and then release to create a seal on the skin. Once I figured this out, these became my new little best friends! The key to using them is to make sure that the entire nipple is covered before you let your hold on them go, otherwise they will pop right off as soon as you let them go.

The suction can be a little intense because of the force necessary to get them to stick for more than a few seconds, so if you only want/need a little bit of stimulation for your nipples, these aren't for you. The suction was what surprised me the most - I had not expected them to hold on so tightly for such little things. I had to remove them after a few minutes because of the intensity - which lingers! The added sensitivity these suckers create sticks around long after the suckers are removed.

Also, they're definitely beginner level stuff, so for those looking for something "hardcore", this isn't for you either. But if you're curious about adding a little extra sensation to your personal routine, these are definitely worth trying out. I'm sure they'd be a welcome addition to a couple's bedroom routine, as well. They're made from pvc, so if they happen to get dirty, a little warm water and soap and an air dry cleans them right up. I store mine right in the packaging they came in, too.
