This is solely designed for impact play. It's variable in intensity though. For those that aren't into heavy pain, this can administer lighter slaps, or it can get quite intense with more force. It's always stingy, so if you prefer thuddy, you may want to find a better option.

Beginners may want to practice on a pillow until they can get the swing down due to how flexible this is. It is labeled as a paddle, but ti is more of strap, and in my experience, it is much easier to swing if I thought of it as a flogger.

The Snap is made from Tantus' firm silicone, but it's thinner, so it has a lot of flex. Because it is 100% silicone it is vegan friendly. Tantus' silicone is slightly velvety, but very firm. It's odorless and tasteless.

The paddle is just a solid chunk of silicone, so it stands up to intense play. I expect with correct treatment of the silicone this will last a very long time.

This was an intense toy in the hands of my dominant. He and I play at an intermediate level. I am quite used to intense sensations, but this was a bit much for me when he put a lot of force behind it. It STINGS! It's held up well to his brute force.

I don't particularly like stingy sensations, so this isn't a regular for us, but it is staying in our arsenal.

This is made from silicone, so it requires a certain amount of care. Silicone can only be used with water based lubricants. Additionally, silicone cannot be stored touching other types of toy materials like other silicones, TPR, UR3, etc.

As for cleaning, silicone can be sterilized by boiling it, putting it in the top rack of your dishwasher, or wiping it with a 10% bleach solution. If you just want to clean it, you can wash this in warm water with mild soap or toy cleaner. This wipes down very nicely.
