Bravo LELO! Bravo!

The LELO Sensua Suede Whip is a wonderful addition to the toy box of BDSM beginners and veterans alike. It is a very well constructed item that is both beautiful and sturdy and will definitely bring hours of sensual play for years to come. I don't see the Sensua Suede Whip coming apart or breaking anytime soon.

LELO has taken great care in the construction of this item. The handle is 5.5" long and the suede whip strand tassels are each 8.5" in length. The total length of 14" makes it a perfect sized travel companion. The solid handle is made of smooth hard translucent plastic with a polished silver round knob at the end. The knob and suede tassels are both in place very securely and did not budge when pulled with a good amount of force. The LELO brand name is etched into the handle as well.

The tassels themselves are very soft to the touch and have an almost silky feel to them which feels very sensual when used on the body. The ends of the tassels are all the same size and length. They are cut straight across and not angled like other whips I have previously played with. They do have a very light "leather" smell to them which is to be expected, but it is in no way overwhelming and almost unnoticeable unless you actually put them to your face to smell them as I did.

With that being said, the tassels are real suede and can be very difficult to keep clean. They are porous and will hold in odors if not properly taken care of. A mild suede cleaner is ideal but may ruin the lifetime of the suede and take away from the softness of the tassels. I would recommend refraining from play that may result in excessive body fluids getting into the tassels.

Personally, I was put off by the size of this item when I first received it. I assumed I would be receiving a full size whip and much to my surprise the handle is a good 2 inches shorter than my hand.

The whip arrived in a small black 2 piece cardboard box and wrapped in tissue paper for cosmetic purposes. So this would actually make a very nice "pre-wrapped" gift.

I have to admit that I was nicely surprised by this item. I have never purchased a commercial whip that i was truly satisfied with when it came to price versus quality. I have always had to special order hand made items to find the quality that I'm looking for. However, LELO has done and outstanding job with this whip.

The Sensua Suede whip is not, in my opinion, for those of you who want a big "sting" or "painful" whipping. It will not break the skin.

I actually used quite a bit of force behind my swings and still wasn't able to leave more than a small sting on the surface of my lover's skin. Surprisingly this was a good thing. We found that it was great for light sensual vaginal, breast and penile flogging. I loved the fact that it was also great when used as a "spanking" toy... It didn't at all give the effect of a paddle but didn't burn like a whip either. It left just enough of a sting to make me want more and not have to fear the pain that most other whips leave.

It actually ended up being more of a teasing toy, making me want more and getting me ready for something bigger and meaner.

Overall I was very impressed with LELO's ability to create such a high quality whip. I definitely recommend it and look forward to many hours of sensual play with my new toy.

I still LOVE my LELO Sensua suede whip today as much as I did when I first received it, and I was loving it last night too. LOL

The whip has far exceeded my expectations. It has held up to multiple uses and I do mean multiple. Even though it does not leave a painful sting, we still put a whole lot of power behind our swings and none of the tassles have come off or broken. The handle has stayed intact as well, and I have NO complaints about this AMAZING product!! Hands down the best flogger I have used as far as quality goes.
