Sooooo Disappointing
Metal Worx gets a big FAIL on this product. It was cheaply manufactured and looked absolutely horrible. I wanted something that was high quality that would last me for years, not be worn out within a year or so.

Cheap materials, too big, cost
I just got my wonderful box full 'o goodies from EF yesterday, and first let me say, shame on you EF for not including a shipping receipt in the box, so I could do a return. Now I have to call them to find out how I can return this one item.
Anyway, I ripped through the box and pulled out what I had really been waiting for which were the magnetic nipple clamps by Metal Worx. The case holding the little gems (in this case duds) was cheaply made, and there were some rust spots on the hinges and inner lip of the box. But the box wasn't really my main concern. When I reached inside and removed the nipple clamps from the plastic wrapping, I was disappointed in what I saw. Each clamp looked cheap. Like, EXTREMELY cheap. The "metal" surface of the clamps looked as if they had been poorly coated in chrome. When I saw these online, I thought that they were going to be stainless steel. Paying $40.00 for any other material for this type of item is just ridiculous. The crystals on the ends of each side of the clamps were clouded. Not bright and sparkly. Not such a big thing, but to me it is all about quality and presentation.
When I tried them on, unlike a previous video review by another EF member, I didn't find them to be too strong of a hold at all. They stayed on, but didn't pinch painfully like I thought they would. The ring in which you insert your nipp was a bit on the thick & wide side. Unless you have long nipples, big nipples or are completely aroused, you will be swimming in these (yet another aspect of this product which completely turned me off). They felt light. They didn't feel heavy like some metal nipp clamps do which makes me wonder what they actually used up under that "chrome finish" as the base material.
I can't tell you how to clean these, because there was no reason for me to do so. As soon as I tried them out and saw how cheaply they were made, I quickly repacked them in the original packaging to get ready to send them back to EF's for a refund.
All in all, I would have to say this is one of the worst products I have bought from EF's, and if this is the quality of item that Metal Worx produces, I wouldn't suggest that you buy anything from them. I know I won't be buying anything else from this particular brand.
