These rings are pretty simple in materials. The rings are made of a hollow, silicone rubber tubing that attach to a metal conductor. Each conductor attaches to another metal piece that connects to the wires, that you then plug into your separate control box. There is no noticeable taste or smell to the product.

Note that the rings are mostly rubber because the shock is only meant to shock a small section of the penis, not all the way around. With that being the case, these rings are good for beginners. They are not as intimidating as other toys might be.

I trimmed them to fit my guy. Now, I did not trim them to exact fit, but enough that when put around his hard cock, the metal was able to keep contact with his lubed skin to deliver the shocks.

The shocks come straight from the metal pieces that the rubber rings are connected to. When I used this on my hand, I was jolted with the tapping, vibrating, and massaging zaps sent through the wires. I find that even though this is an electric toy, it is very easy to care for. Ensure that you have disconnected all power sources first. You can completely disconnect the silicone rings and wash those with antibacterial soap and warm water, or your favorite antibacterial toy cleaner. I suggest wiping the metal parts down with a toy cleaning wipe and letting them dry. All components of this toy can be left to dry on a paper towel. Once completely dry, you can put them back together. My signature storage method is organized wine bags. I suggest using a water-based lube with this toy only. A hybrid could be used, but avoid silicone lube if at all possible.
