As a cock ring this is great and has some adjustment flexibility to accommodate different sizes or to strap it tight or loose. The quality of the leather is nice and has held up for a few months, I don't see it growing loose or breaking anytime soon. The snaps also still snap tight, no looseness there either. It takes a bit of patience to get it on if you're lubed up, but it's worth having a sturdy design. I have the black leather, which looks pretty sexy. My partner also likes the way it looks when I wear it.

I'm eight inches, with proportionate shaft width and balls, and find that the double snap on the top and first snap for the balls tightens up more than enough. I don't tighten it any more than that or I'll cut off circulation, so I never use the tightest snaps. The ball divider gets a bit to tight after wearing it for a while, say 20 minutes or more, and I need to release the straps to relieve pressure. My balls turn blue at about 20 minutes and while it does still feel great, I don't want to risk damage / loss of circulation. So if you're a larger than average guy I would take this into consideration and look into a larger ball divider.

It's also nice to use just as the cock ring without the ball divider. My partner likes both the feeling of my divided balls slapping and the slapping of the leather straps when my balls are not harnessed in it. If it gets too tight, releasing the ball divider is a nice way to relieve some pressure as well while still wearing it. It's easy to clean with soap and water, then pat dry with a towel. I've had no problem with the metal snaps showing any sign of rust.
