These handcuff are great for couples that dabble in BDSM. These cuffs are not meant for heavy suspension play, but are comfortable enough to be worn for quite a while without chaffing. The Velcro strip that holds them on would be no challenge to get off, even if my arm was bound away from my body. These cuffs are meant for light bondage play.

The design of these cuffs is not incredibly sturdy. The cuffs themselves are velboa fabric. This makes them very comfortable, but also means they will eventually need to be replaced. The polyester binding holds the Velcro in place. The edges of the velboa tend to get caught on the open Velcro of the closure. It is nice that there is no chance of the Velcro being felt on my wrists, but bad because the fabric will not look good as long as it is constantly exposed to the Velcro. The cuffs are easy to get on or adjust just by attaching the Velcro. These cuffs are not meant for an escape artist. I could have easily escaped out of them if I wanted to.

These cuffs would easily accommodate a wrist or ankle up to 9". I have smaller wrists (6") and the fabric overlaps on my wrists. The fabric is not meant to hold up to excessive tugging and pulling. The 'O' ring that holds the snap link closure is pretty thin. It is actually just a small keyring, complete with the grooves. The snap closure is pretty flimsy and would probably break if I tried to get out of these. Nothing about these cuffs look especially menacing.

I found these cuffs good for short restraint sessions. Since they are so easy to get out of, we use them more for my ankles than for my wrists. On my ankles they fit more comfortably, and I was less likely to rip them off whenever I wanted. Wearing these for an extended length of time, I felt they were uncomfortable on my wrists, since they're so big on me and the excess straps just hang awkwardly. The excess strap sometimes got folded under my wrist. We only used these straps a few times, but I think they are good beginner cuffs. If you know you won't need them for extended play or be using them very often, these could be the perfect cuffs for you.

The 'O' ring can easily be taken off the polyester loop, and these cuffs can be washed by hand and laid out to dry if they become soiled. You could probably throw them in the washer, but I don't know how long the Velcro will hold up if you do that.

The cuffs come in a sturdy cardboard box that is a bit large for storage. The cuffs were inside an open ended plastic bag inside the box. The box is not discreet, since it shows a woman wearing the cuff and has information about the cuffs written all over the box.
