Ring my bells!
As the perfect clamps for a beginner such as me, these have become one of my favorites in my toy collection. They are perfect for added stimulation and look as cute as a button, or rather, as cute as a bell. They may not be for those who enjoy intense nipple play, but as an introductory set and as something to add a little decoration to yourself to show off to your partner, these pink little bells are just about perfect.

The Fresh Bell Nipple Clamps from PHS International are a fun, non-intimidating way to introduce yourself or a partner to the wonderful world of nipple clamps. As my first set of clamps, I couldn't be more pleased with them. They are tweezers style clamps, making them gentler than some of the other types that are available on the market, but they can still be adjusted to suit the wearer's desired level of nipple stimulation. They are adjusted using a simple ring of metal that slides down the tweezers, drawing the tips closer together for a tighter pinch. Once they're on, they stay on fairly well, but they do have a problem with sliding off if they are tugged too hard. That being said, you still can give them a decent little tug and they will stay on, but for hardcore or more advanced play, these cute little jingles are probably not what you are looking for. If you enjoy light to moderate nipple stimulation, and you are looking for an aesthetically pleasing way to adorn your breasts, then these clamps may just be the ones you are looking for.
The construction of these are sturdy, though the design appears much more delicate, which I love. They look like cute pieces of jewelry for your breasts, and the jingle of the bells is very light and tinkly, similar to that of bells on a cat collar. Each tweezer measures just under 3 inches, and the charm of the bell measures 2 inches. The bells are connected by a metal attachment, not unlike a charm would be attached on a charm bracelet, and there are two plastic pink beads on the connecting piece between the each bell and the tweezers. At their widest, when they are fully open, the tweezers are about 3/4 of an inch apart, and the tips have soft, black, non-latex rubber sleeves on the end for some extra padding for the pinch they provide. The metal is very light weight (so if you're looking for heavy clamps, these will truly be a disappointment), and is a dusty sort of mauve color. Pink is generally not my favorite color, but these have a nice, delicate shade to them, and they look great. Right now, blue is also available at Eden, so while your color choices are limited, there is an alternative to choose.
While these work well on my breasts (they stay in place, are easy to put on and take off), it's worth noting that my nipples are definitely on the smaller end of the spectrum. I love the way they look on my breasts, and I'm a perky 32B. When attached, they sit very flatteringly, and the bells hang at a nice length for me. I can say with confidence that if you have breasts similar to mine, that they'll look great. I can imagine them being too long for small breasts, and women with larger breasts (larger than a C or so) may feel that they hang too low with the length of the tweezers. This is all speculation on my behalf though (I didn't ask my more well-endowed friends to model them for me, and I didn't ask my smaller breasted friends if they'd try on my nipple clamps either). I can say with certainty that if you're in the B-C cup range, they'll look very cute.
While the design of these is definitely feminine, that doesn't mean that there might not be some fellows out there who want to get in on these cute bell clamps. I do think, however, that these are not suited to very small nipples - small as mine are, there is still plenty of flesh to get a clamp on. But for a lot of guys, the ones who tend to have small nipples that don't perk up all that much, even with stimulation, these will probably just slide off; best to look elsewhere.

Experience
I have sensitive breasts, but have found that pinching and tugging on my nipples to be very arousing during foreplay and sex. I was ambivalent about trying them on myself and thought that they'd be more painful than pleasurable, but not in the "make it hurt so good" type of stimulation that I like with restraints and spankings. However, curiosity got the best of me, and I decided to give the most non-intimidating ones I could find a try, and these clamps ended up being the perfect match. I'll even wear them for solo sessions, when my hands are busy stimulating other parts of my body, and I love the added sensation that they provide. Taking the clamps off and giving my nipples some relief is also enjoyable, because they ache pleasurably afterwards, and beg to be rubbed and played with.
The look of them on my breasts is also great, and I feel sexy and cute when I'm wearing them, giving my boobs an added decoration. I love the way that they jingle as I move too. The bells aren't too loud, their delicate sound is pleasant, and not distracting or annoying in the least. I have cute lingerie sets that I would like to pair these with in the future for my long distance relationship because they are a great accessory for the "innocent" girlish look. I'm also getting another set of more intense, hardcore looking clamps, now that I know that this is a type of toy that I like.
I tried one of the clamps on as a clit clamp, which didn't work as well as the way they work on nipples; it's hard to get them to stay on once I'm wet, and the hood of my clit is too small to get one of them to stay put. I think it's because the tweezers part is so long, but for their intended use with nipples, they work like a charm. . . and hey, they look like charms, too!
