Review of the Damned
While effective, you really have to have some patience to use this toy correctly. If you do, it might be worth your time ... if it were available any more.

Pros
Effective, and very soft. Comfortable to wear.
Cons
VERY awkward to equip, laces fray very quickly.
This one was somewhat disappointing. The "Lace Up Sheath" was discontinued immediately following the purchase of my own. It was a CBT device meant as a leather covering for an erect penis, exposing only the scrotum through a hole on the bottom of the base, and the head of the penis. In theory, it is an exciting prospect: restricting the amount of sensation for the penis, making it more akin to a clitoris during anal play. However, flimsy materials and awkward assembly ruin an otherwise serviceable piece of leather.
The lace up sheath is designed to be completely unlaced, placed over the scrotum, and wrapped around the penis; then re-lacing it. Trust me, it sounds a lot easier than it is in practice. The leather, while nice and soft, is very pliable and can be awkward to hold in place while trying to lace it. Especially since the lace isn't bound at the ends and frays rather quickly.
Once equipped, the sheath performs fairly well, allotting for mild erection-sustaining constriction at the base of the penis, while barring sensation from the shaft. It is nicely effective and adds an interesting layer to anal sex, but after about 20 minutes or so of wear, the softness of the leather backfires and it begins to shift and distort a bit. It loses much more efficiency if the user begins to go flaccid, so if you intend to wear it for a duration of up to half an hour wearing a cock ring with it can make sure this doesn't happen. This is especially useful for anal-exclusive play, but do so with caution, as cock rings should never be worn for longer than 30 minutes as a time. Extended wear of cock rings can deprive the penis of oxygen.
To clean the sheath, wipe it down with a damp washcloth, traditional soaps shouldn't be used on leather. In case of heavy soil, you can use a small amount of 70% rubbing alcohol. Make sure it is able to air dry quickly, either way.
