The Ultimate Bondage Exotic Spank is an interesting, and somewhat scary, implement. This toy appears to be intended for advanced BDSM practitioners on a budget. Serious players would be looking at a toy like this in real leather. This toy is faux leather and does not appear to be of high quality construction.

This toy measures 12" in length and a little over 1" in diameter. Weighing in at one pound, this stick feels substantial in hand. The latex free, phthalates free, non-porous pleather, however, gives it a cheap look and feel.

This is a hard stick covered in a firm foam, with an overall feeling of being very firm. The entire shaft (the studded portion) is wrapped in a continuous spiral strip of pleather, for the appearance of a solid covering.

The handle portion of the stick is wrapped in one solid piece of pleather, with white thread whip-stitching over the seam. Each end of the stick is also covered in pleather All of the seams (between the tip of the baton, the handle and shaft, and the bottom of the handle) are wrapped with a 3/4" strip of pleather secured with a smooth stud.

Speaking of studs...this night stick is covered in them. The studs are cone-shaped, with flat tops, not points. The studs are securely glued in four rows running the length of the shaft. These rows are not straight; some studs are a little off, and whole rows run at angles.

The handle features a tassel tail of 1/8" black suede strips attached with a small metal D-ring. This seems to be the best-constructed feature of the toy.

This toy looks like a police night stick gone bad. This toy could cause serious injury -- the metal studs are METAL, and will leave marks (or worse) if used for spanking. This is a heavy toy, and it will hurt if used for spanking. I did not use this toy, nor would I want it used on me. Just lightly tapping my hand with it as a test was painful. Again, this could cause injury, and I would suggest it just be used for looks or costuming purposes.

This toy arrives packaged in a glossy white tab-top box, featuring a photo of the toy on the front. This is not discreet, as it does declare the contents as Ultimate Bondage Exotic Spank.

Frankly, I can't imagine what this would be used for. It seems too dangerous for spanking, the tail isn't long or stiff enough to use for flogging, etc, etc. The studs just seem painful in any context.
