I love these and keep them in my jewelry box rather than my toy bag. Originally purchased as a fun accessory for dancing (I lap dance for fund raisers), I quickly found that I'll think up any excuse to wear them. They are just so beautiful. The nipple clamp itself if metal (stainless?) with small rings that slide up to tighten the clamps. This does limit how tight they can get, as flesh and ring strain against each other, so very heavy play is difficult, but they can still get a noticeable tightness to them, so this is a big step up from the loop-closure decorative-only chains you may have seen. The beading does make these a one person toy, since I can't imagine how you could sterilize them well enough to share, but that has never bothered me. These are too pretty and far to much fun to loan out!

The clamps themselves are very easy to adjust, and quite good at staying where you put them, so this piece will stay comfortable for quite some time. I've worn them upward of several hours with only occasional adjustments for comfort and safety without suffering any bruising or discomfort. The rubber tips can come off, but are easy to put back on again. They stand up to gentle tugs well, which is great fun when wearing them with your lover. If tugged too hard, the entire piece of jewelry will come away with only a slightly uncomfortable pull, which is a relief to know if you are wearing them out and about. The sensitivity of a nipple wearing clamps is something you *must* experience to appreciate.

There aren't nearly enough occasions to wear a nipple necklace in our society, but this piece is so pretty you may find yourself wishing there were. Not for heavy players unless they want to visit the lighter side for a while, as the clamps themselves aren't heavy duty enough for any serious torture, but the beading is so beautiful these clamps are perfect for role play and foreplay. Time to dress up your harem girl? This is the way. Want to feel beautiful and naughty under your modest sweater? Nothing could be more perfect. If you have been wanting to try "real nipple clamps" but find yourself turned off by the industrial look of so many, these may be the perfect entry pair for you.

You could probably wear these lower, but the difficulty in cleaning them (due to the beading) has stopped me from experimenting with labia wear. I doubt they would show off to best advantage that way, and there are better toys designed for such use anyway.
