I was worried this may not work for me because I’m plus size, but it works great. I think this could fit a 3xl comfortably and maybe a 4xl if your thighs are on the smaller side. The material is sturdy and the thigh cuffs are very comfortable. I am disabled, so I can’t hold myself in that position, but this restraint makes this position doable for me. I can easily buckle my thighs with a lot of extra room as a 2XL. There is a lot of room to adjust, and it stays in place, even when you are moving around.
