I would say this tape is best for those new to the wonderful world of bondage. It does its job and is easy to use, but it's not meant for serious immobilization. If you like light bondage, this might be for you. The fact that it's disposable, adjustable, and cute makes it a decent toy bag staple, but it's not a NEED for serious kinksters. Given its price, this may be a good option for those who like tape, but don't want to be sticky afterwards like duct tape will leave you.

This item is nothing fancy or flashy -- after all, it's just a roll of tape. It is your imagination that will set this item apart and quickly make it one of your BDSM favorites. The only thing I expected or demanded of this product was that it stick to itself, and it does that flawlessly with a couple wraps. The possibilities compared to the price is a win-win in my mind. I would recommend this product to everyone.

I love bondage, but I don't submit to it, this was a total bust for us. It doesn't stick to itself or anything else worth a damn. We do use it to attach toys to me after I have been restrained, but it can't be used for actual restraining unless they are very, very willing.

I don't think Pipedream Pleasure Tape is a total bust for everyone, it's just not for me. And while it is cheap you get the exact same effect with kitchen plastic wrap, and it's cheaper. Cloth bonds are just better in my opinion. Other than the very low cost, I can't really think of a rational reason to keep using this.

Comparing this to other bondage options, both DIY and items on Edenfantasys...Duct tape irritates my skin immensely, this did not at all. Easier than rope. Rope tying takes some practice. I suggest this book on rope skills for all the Doms out there. Handcuffs are just cheesy and uncomfortable. Leather/pleather wrist restraints would be my favorite. These may be too much for some. I think the bondage tape is a good way to experiment. (also consider silk ties for a softer feel and look)
