These aren't the best clamps I've ever used, but they serve their purpose and can cause a fair amount of pain while looking cute. They can be difficult to put on, but once they are on they can be a lot of fun.

Pros
Adjustable, cute
Cons
Don't stay on that well, beads come off sometimes.
The tweezer clamps with red beads from PHS international are a simple set of nipple clamps that can be gentle or painful depending on how you use them. These tweezers look similar to tweezers that you might use to tweeze your eyebrows with. They have a ring that you can use to adjust the clamps with. They are simple to use, but don't always stay put that well. They are made to be used on nipples, but can also be used on a woman's labia as well and work well for that. I think they could work for both beginner users as well as advanced users depending on how tight you want to make them.
There is no information on the package about the materials used for this product. The clamps are made of metal and are very smooth and shiny. The metal doesn't bend out of shape with normal use of the clamps, but they are fairly easy to bend if you try to bend them. The red and black beads that dangle from the clamps are made of plastic and remind me of some of the play jewelry I had when I was a little kid. There are black (rubber?) pieces on the tips of the clamps that are a little bit squishy and help make the clamps a little bit more comfortable to wear.
These clamps are tweezer style which has its advantages and drawbacks. The great thing about them is that they are adjustable and you can move the ring up and down to make it tighter or looser depending on your preferences. This is great if you are new to clamps and are intimidated at the thought of wearing clamps. The clamps are fairly long and are just under 6" from end to end so the beads and up dangling pretty low.
If you're someone who likes extra pain, the rubber tips are removable and reveal some sharp tips. This made it a bit too intense for me personally, but some people might like them.
Here is a picture of the red bead clamps next to our other two sets of clamps we have: the bell nipple clamps and Bull nose nipple jewelery. As you can see, except for the part that is dangling off the ends, they are nearly identical to our other set of tweezer clamps.
I found these to be somewhat difficult to get to stay on, definitely much harder than using clothespins or alligator style clamps. They also fall off fairly easily and can't take much tugging without getting pulled off. I think they would fit most nipple sizes and will just need a small adjustment to be able to fit. If you have particularly small nipples, they might be hard to get on but I do think these will work for the majority of people.
There isn't much in particular that needs to be done to care for the clamps, I haven't found that they get too dirty. If they do get dity you can wash them with soap and water. Store them in a dry place and be sure and store them together so you don't accidentally lose one of them.
The clamps came in a recyclable plastic container which I thought seemed pretty large for such a small product. There were no instructions or information about materials on the packaging but it does give the manufacturer's website on the back. There is a picture of a scantily clad woman on the back so it is not discreet packaging. It can be re-used for storage, but with such a bulky container it's probably not worth it to keep for storage.
Follow-up commentaryI still like it3 months after original review
We still use these every once in awhile and they work just the same as they did when we first got them. They aren't our favorite, but they aren't a bad set of clamps either.
