Many will find this cute, inexpensive set of clamps pleasurable. Each tweezer clamp is adjustable and are connected by a chain. All metal, with plastic covers on the tips.
Those who enjoy intense nipple or other sensitive tissue stimulation in the pinching spectrum will enjoy these clamps. This set comes in either pink or blue paint, and adjusts to many but not all nipple sizes. It can also be used on labia, scrotum or other sensitive areas. Two sets can be linked for more fun.

Cons
may not fit all nipple sizes, paint tends to rub off
Fresh Tweezer Nipple Clamps are designed for providing moderately intense sensation directly to the nipples for sensual purposes. Many people use them in B&D scenes, S&M scenes, or just alone to amp up masturbation.
What kind of user these are for really depends on what kind of nipple stim you like. Those whose likes run towards pressure over a large area of skin may find these slightly irritating. Those who are looking for electric like sparking sensation, in a very localized area will be in Heaven.
These Tweezer Clamps can also be used on the labia, the scrotum (ball sack) and any other part of the body where some pinchy fun may be in order. I would avoid placing it directly on the clitoris, as it can cut off blood supply. Although these clamps are tipped with a non-latex plastic nub, the pinch can be quite intense for many people. Two sets can be joined by crossing the chains together. This can be done either between two different parts of the body, or with two different people each wearing their own set of clamps and joining the chains either by either crossing them or using a spring loaded clip to join them. This is an excellent way to provide reduced movement without actual bondage.
People with smaller nipples may have a tougher time using these. However, they may be a good device to help draw out inverted nipples, either for cosmetic purposes or before becoming pregnant to facilitate breastfeeding. (As they stimulate nipples with intensity, I would not recommend using these during pregnancy.)
The actual tweezer clamps, chain, tightening ring and attaching rings are said to be simply made of "metal." They are fairly heavy for their size, between 1.5 and 2 oz for the entire set. The set is painted either pink or blue (I reviewed the pink color) and the plastic tip of each tweezer is black. There is no odor to the set.
The chain which connects the two tweezer clamps is strong, 13 inches long and made of large links. I found the weight and the length perfect for my needs. Being metal, there is absolutely no stretch to this product, although the actual clamps are nicely adjustable.
I was unable to remove the plastic tips of any of the clamps to see what was under them. They are well attached.
The [Fresh Tweezer Nipple Clamp] set is made up of two sets of tweezers, tipped in plastic, a tightening ring and a chain connecting the two clamps. The chain not only looks nice, but prevents losing one clamp. It can also be connected to a collar, by use of a D or O ring. The chain can also be connected to tethers or chains and even to an other set of clamps on your partner, if desired!
The tweezers work by sliding the sliding ring all the way down to the bend in each of the two clamps, each clamp opens naturally to about 2 cm (3/4 of an inch), but can be stretched to about 4 cm (1 1/4 inches) without compromising the integrity of the unit. The nipple is centered on one of the plastic grips, and then the slider ring is slid down towards the open area, until the desired amount of tightness is achieved. People with very large nipples, larger than 4 cms may need a different type of clamp. Opening the units too far may cause metal fatigue and ruin the tweezer, not to mention, may cause a more than slightly uncomfortable tightness to those with larger nipples.
Remember; the nipple is the small cylindrical tip of the breast. The areola is the darker (in some people lighter) pigmented area around the nipple. This toy is meant to, ideally, be situated at the base of the nipple, nestled against the start of the areola, in order for proper fit and to avoid the tweezer from being pulled off of the nipple too easily.
Although it is a little more difficult to measure the labia, either inner or outer, it may be a good idea before using these clamps in that area.
The sliding ring was at first a bit stiff and difficult to move up and down the shaft of the tweezer. I was about ready to use some baby oil or other lubricant to facilitate smoother movement (My Man suggested DW40, I said, No) but, after playing with the slider a few times, it loosened up enough so that a lubricant was not necessary.
This tweezer clamp does not vibrate, nor do anything but grip the body part it is placed on. The chain can be used for jiggling the clamps, can be placed through an O or D ring on a collar, or can be left hanging down to move with your natural movement and supply sensation to the tweezers this way.
Once the clamps are placed properly at the base of the nipple, they stay put well. Even with manual movement of the clamp itself, it did not appear that the clamp would easily come off without loosening the slider and removing it when desired. Body movement enhances the clamps pull but will not dislodge them in most instances.
As with many products, there is a learning curve with this toy. The first few uses may be awkward, as it may take some times to properly place the clamps and figure out what to do with them when the action changes. If the clamps are placed too close to the tip of the nipple or the nipple is short, it may well fall off before it is desired to be removed. Moving the clamp closer to the base of the nipple may help. Some people may have nipples that are either just too short or too wide to accommodate this toy.
Unlike clamps from other companies in this style, we found that the plastic tips on each of the teeth of each tweezer very well attached and we had no problem with the tips coming off. However, after only a few uses, the pink paint on the tweezer, where the slider ring was used, was starting to come off. It really isn't enough to be noticed, unless one looks at it up close. But, I have no idea what is in this paint and being made in China, the paint could be made with just about anything. The actual metal or paint components are not listed on either the description of the toy or on the packaging.
I wipe down this toy with a soft dry cloth after use, if no fluids have gotten onto it's surface. If anything moist has made it's way onto the toy, I use a toy cleaner and a soft cloth, making sure to dry it thoroughly before storage. I would hate for the toy to rust, so drying it is essential. If necessary, it can be washed with mild soap and hot water, again drying it thoroughly before storage.
I store mine, wrapped in a gentleman's handkerchief, in a small cloth bag with a few other toys. As it is metal, I am careful that it doesn't get near other toys which may be scratched by the metal in this product.
The toy came in a flat, clamshell plastic package, with a bulge around the product and indentations where the clamps and chain were stretched out. One could store the toy in the package, but I found the packaging bulky, and simply storing the toy alone took up much less space and less time fiddling with trying to fit the toy back into the molded plastic it was shipped in.
It had the usual Fresh logo and round paper inserted behind the toy, with a fairly innocuous picture of a young woman in a bikini top.
There were no actual instructions in this package. The label included with the toy claims it is "for novelty use only" (A common "Cover Your Ass" protection used in many sex toy packages) and says "Manufacturer will assume no liability for injury occurring from the use of this product." In other words, "If you are an idiot and do something ridiculous with this toy and hurt yourself or someone else, we are not responsible." After seeing some of the damage people do to themselves with unbelievable uses for regular household products, this is a good coverage statement for any sex toy company to make about it's products!
This product did what it was supposed to do; provide moderately intense sensation to the nipples. It can certainly substitute, in it's own way, for a few hands during sex play, if one or both members playing enjoy nipple play and their hands are busy elsewhere. It also is useful during self love, when both of one's hands may be in use elsewhere. The chain gives the toy an edgy, moderately kinky look, and makes a slight "clanking" noise, that I actually wish was a bit more pronounced.
My personal preference for nipple sensation, I have found, is to cover a larger area than this cute little set of clamps covers. Although it does it's job well, the sensation is very localized to about a square millimeter or less per nipple. Only the tip of each tweezer touches the nipple, and I would have found it more stimulating if more surface area was stimulated by this toy.
Many people love this toy, and I understand why, but realizing that my personal preference is for wider areas to be pressed and clamped, it was not the perfect clamp for my needs. I find my feelings for it run to "mild like." Fun, stimulating, not what I would call "painful" but still it didn't "hit the spot" the way I wanted it to.
Those who enjoy intense sensation in a small area, who enjoy more of a "pinching" sensation instead of a more "intense pressure like" sensation will probably enjoy this toy completely.
The "pinching" aspect of this toy was not my favorite sensation. Perhaps I am used to My Man's hands, fingers and mouth and expected a more widely disbursed sensation field. (I think I assumed the entire covered area of the clamp would provide stimulation, rather than just the very tip of each tweezer. But, this is a personal preference, not a design or function flaw.) Although, certainly not terribly unpleasant or painful, I found it slightly irritating, and nearly every time we used it, I found myself either removing it or asking him to remove it and use his hands or his mouth instead.
This toy provides pin point, almost electric sensation. A wide dense pressure is more to my liking, so this was simply not the best toy for my needs.
Also, when left on, we found a few problems, especially if we nearly forgot it was being used. When we wanted to switch to face to face PIV intercourse, My Man found the tweezers uncomfortably rubbing against his bare skin. When I was lying on my belly, the clamps and chain crushed into my body and actually became painful in a less than fun manner and play had to stop in order for them to be removed.
On my outer labia, it might actually have been pleasantly arousing or even fun, but I have chubby Labia Majora, and the clamps simply didn't fit. Although many will find this type of pin point stimuli very arousing on the inner lips or Labia Minora, I found it eventually so irritating on the nipples, after a time, that the idea of actually trying it on my inner labia became out of the question.
Follow-up commentaryI still like it14 months after original review
I still like these clamps, but we seem to be using them less and less. I think it may be the way we have sex. It's nearly impossible to have face to face PIV (penis in vagina intercourse) while wearing these, because they may scratch your partner, or get ripped from your body from the movement. Also, my husband really likes a lot of hand and mouth to nipple play, so the clamps end up being removed for that and then tossed somewhere, never to be retrieved during that session.
I'm also limited by the time in my cycle. Too close to my period, and my nipples are simply too sore on their own to use these. Oddly, manual or oral nipple play rarely causes a problem during this time.
They are nice clamps and we're keeping them around, but more paint has worn off the moving parts of the toy and we don't use them often. Perhaps we'll have a resurgence in use later, but for the time being, they've been sitting in a sex toy storage container, waiting for their day in the sun.
